True snipers are always in demand and Hinkov may get the nod for the best shooting prospect that we saw during our time in Salisbury. New to the U.S. this fall from his native Bulgaria, the swingman looks to be adapting quickly to the American game if his Tuesday evening performance was any indication. Despite a narrow loss, Hinkov poured in 23 points while knocking down 5 shots from beyond the arc on a whopping 13 attempts. Hinkov impressed with his polished and compact quick-release mechanics along with his consistent instincts for relocating to open space and making quick decisions on the catch. With good size for his position, a solid base of strength, and some toughness displayed in the floor game, Hinkov should see a wide array of D1 programs placing value in his translatable off-ball skillset.

Among the highest-ranked prospects in the entire event, Green took some time to get going in a Tuesday afternoon showcase matchup but put it all together in a huge second half performance. Green scored 15 of his 19 points after halftime in a narrow loss to nationally-ranked Dream City Christian (AZ), proving to be a walking mismatch for whatever defender was thrown his way. The Philly native was resilient attacking the basket and finishing in traffic, consistently finding windows around the rim after creating his own shot via faceup opportunities. He was pragmatic in picking out mismatches and attacking them efficiently while also keeping his head up as a playmaker for others. When Green has it all clicking like that, there's a short list of forwards nationally who can contend with his blend of size and skill.

Brown came into the event with a reputation as one of the more imposing frontcourt prospect in his class and backed it up with his play across an undefeated two-game trip for his Dream City squad. The native of the Bahamas was particularly impressive on Tuesday in a tight win over Mt. Zion Prep (MD), having his way around the rim en route to a 15-point, 12-rebound double-double. Having impressed in prior viewings as a straight rim-runner, Brown showed growth as a postup threat against size mismatches, patiently getting to reliable moves over either shoulder from the block. He also flashed some ability to make reads from the perimeter in the dribble handoff game. His six blocks on Monday against Clinton Grace (MD) show a commitment to his bread-and-butter while he works to gradually expand his skillset. Overall Brown left little doubt as to why high-major programs have already begun vying for his services.

Another highly-touted member of the Dream City rotation, Jordan was among the more dynamic wing playmakers we saw all week. Previously more of a hard-charging downhill threat as an underclassman, the Tennessee native has made impressive strides as a shooter, ballhandler, and shot-creator from the perimeter. He showed a reliable high-release jumper both off the catch and dribble while still displaying his trademark strength and athleticism on a handful of rim attacks. We'd like to see him be conscious of continuing to apply his vast physical tools to the floor game, but the growth in his skillset should pay dividends for Jordan moving forward.

A new name on our radar, Morton has started to make some waves in the DMV after moving up from Georgia to repeat his junior year. His production didn't jump off the page as part of a guard-oriented Bethel group, but Morton nonetheless showed a promising skillset as the man in the middle. The wide-bodied post has soft hands and swift touch around the rim after carving out position in the post or on the glass. He flashed a workable shooting stroke from the foul line and out to the perimeter while also serving as a natural deterrent at the rim defensively with his size and length. We'd like to see him make strides in his conditioning to translate to the D1 level but the building blocks are there for Morton to build with over the next 18 months.
