Though they are not in his top 2, [player_tooltip player_id='2503087' first='Devin' last='Fish'] intimated that he is open to attending college with Keyton.

"My top one's are definitely Tennessee Wesleyan and LaGrange," said [player_tooltip player_id='2503087' first='Devin' last='Fish'] via phone call. "I kind of like Motlow or Vol State right now. I want to go somewhere where I fit for four years. That is the thing that D3 gives me. JuCo gives the opportunity to make a name for myself and maybe get a bump to like D2, or something. A lot of guys are not getting the high offers, so they are going to junior college first."

Southern Union State Community College and Motlow State are both outstanding offers for [player_tooltip player_id='2837281' first='Keyton' last='Reno'].

[player_tooltip player_id='2847447' first='David' last='Taft'] (Montgomery Bell Academy) plays frontcourt for the Big Red.

"David is more of a kind of a true 5-man although his strength is more squaring people up with a mid-range drive," said M.B.A. Head Coach Kevin Anglin January 25th via phone call. "He does a lot of...we play a lot out of the 2-1-2 Princeton set. He catches a lot at the free throw line area."

Will Taft try to play college hoops next season?

"He would like to,' said Coach Anglin. "He has applied to Harvard. If he gets in, then there is a really good chance that they would welcome him on the basketball team there. He has Washington and Lee and Swarthmore [offers]."

Taft is a high-academic target with the size to play frontcourt basketball at the D3 level certainly. Harvard, should they accept him, would leap to the front of the queue. Fellow M.B.A. senior [player_tooltip player_id='2436043' first='Hart' last='Weatherford'] can also play basketball at the next level.

Hart states that his recruitment is wide-open and he is hoping for even more opportunities to arise.

"I visited Johns Hopkins in the fall," said Weatherford. "I have talked with them. They said I have to get my ACT up and I took it again in December and I got it up." So Johns Hopkins is a possibility. Other schools in consistent contact for the 6-foot-4 guard are: Bates College, Hamilton College, Kenyon College, Oberlin College, University of New England in Maine, Suffolk University in Boston.

Beech guard [player_tooltip player_id='2869668' first='Cole' last='Winters'] now talks with two new colleges. "Contact with Columbia State right now...just getting recruited by them a little bit," said [player_tooltip player_id='2869668' first='Cole' last='Winters'] Saturday January 31st. "Vol State, as well. They are both going to come a little later [to evaluate]. Welch is still in contact. Still in contact with Johnson University and Crown College in Minnesota."
