It's Rankings Week for the Class of 2028 in New England! After covering the updated Top 10 yesterday, today we turn our attention to the Stock Risers.

In all, this update saw 25 prospects rise at least 10 spots in the rankings - including our highest riser, [player_tooltip player_id='2883061' first='Dereon' last='Medina'], who rose an impressive 107 spots. A lead guard out of Concord Academy, Medina is a dynamic ball-hall handler that can get anywhere he wants on the floor, knows how to direct an offense, and can score it at all three levels.

Below are five more prospects that rose significantly in this rankings update.

+82 (#134 to #52)

Nunes, a guard out of Austin Preparatory School in Massachusetts, rose 82 spots in this update and now sits at #52 overall. At 6'4", he's a bigger guard that has really developed his all-around game on the offensive end of the floor. He's grown quite the reputation as a shot maker throughout the region, impressing with his quick release and ability to make contested shots consistently. What might be most impressive is the way he's quickly begun to leverage his shooting, both as a slasher and cutter off the ball, finishing with length at the rim.

+50 (#72 to #22)

Charchaflian, a guard out of the Noble and Greenough School in Massachusetts, rose 50 spots in this update and now sits at #22 overall. One of the biggest stock risers in New England this winter, the combo guard plays with a terrific combination of athleticism, poise, skill, and toughness. He's a next level, late shot clock, shot creator that does a great job of getting into his mid-range game off the bounce. Defensively, he can really compete at the point of attack, using his strength to keep opposing ball-handlers out of the paint and away from their scoring spots.

+20 (#90 to #70)

Tutwiler, a guard out of Andover High School in Massachusetts, rose 20 spots in this update and now sits at #70 overall. The lead guard has taken the offensive reigns this year, showing the ability to get his team organized and to create easy baskets for himself and his teammates. He's got a quick first step, is an impressive athlete, and has really come along as a perimeter shooter. Defensively, he makes plays in space like a high level safety, reading plays before they develop and turning defense into offense.

+12 (#89 to #77)

McGovern, a forward out of Marblehead High School in Massachusetts, rose 12 spots in this update and now sits at #77 overall. The lengthy forward fits a unique archetype as a floor spacer and rim protector. He does a nice job of stepping out behind the arc and getting into his jumper in catch and shoot situations, or as a pop guy out of ball screens, offensively. On the other end of the floor, his length is a major asset, as he shows good instincts and timing as a shot blocker around the rim.

+10 (#86 to #76)

Seitz, a forward out of the St. Luke's School in Connecticut, rose 10 spots in this update and now sits at #76 overall. The 6'8" forward is displaying more athleticism and strength, as well as a higher motor this winter. He's particularly effective offensively as a rim runner in transition and as a roller out of ball screens, utilizing his athleticism to finish with authority around the rim. Defensively, his length is an asset as a rim protector and he combines it with impressive timing and quickness off the floor.

*Seitz is now a member of the Class of 2029, this change will be reflected in our March rankings update.
