Another player on this list who’s best ball lays well ahead of him, Seitz has taken his game to another level since the winter, showcasing more of an offensive game while remaining one of the best rebounders and the best shot blocker on the team. The rapidly improving big man will have every opportunity to have a big sophomore season.

Seitz, a forward out of the St. Luke’s School in Connecticut, is ranked #8 among the power forwards and checks in at #72 overall in this update. The 6’8″ forward has good positional size and length, plays hard on both side of the floor, and has a budding inside-out skill set. He’s capable of scoring it at multiple levels, uses his length to his advantage as a paint finisher, and has the ability to stretch the defense as a shot maker. Defensively, he rebounds it at a high level, both in traffic and in space, and shows the ability to guard up and down a position. He recently announced that he’d reclassify to the Class of 2029 and will play his travel ball with the NY Rens.

The 6’8″ forward is displaying more athleticism and strength, as well as a higher motor this winter. He’s particularly effective offensively as a rim runner in transition and as a roller out of ball screens, utilizing his athleticism to finish with authority around the rim. Defensively, his length is an asset as a rim protector and he combines it with impressive timing and quickness off the floor.
