Tx Jamboree: Friday Afternoon Standout Radar Watch

Teams from all over Greater Texas made their way to the venue and aimed to start off their season on the right note. He showed that he can change pace of the offense efficiently under pressure and find open teammates for good looks at the basket. He rebounded at a high clip on both ends, ran his lanes on fastbreaks effectively, and capitalized on mismatches. Barnes uses his height and athleticism to finish over the top of opponents as well as having IQ when to pass out and when to post up. He is good off the pick and roll going to the basket and uses his athleticism and wingspan effectively to alter opponent's shots and open up the paint for his team to get tough buckets. He demonstrated ability to score from all three levels and pushed the pace on transition opportunities when his team needed a bucket. He knows how to make athletic, tough buckets off the catch and shoot or the dribble pull up and is an effective combo guard who makes good decisions with the ball in his hands in crunch time.
