Tagle continues to elevate his play and his team, as Kentwood starts the season off 7-1 with Tagle playing a major role. He's a kid who can energize his team by creating turnovers on defense, and really zipping the ball around, identifying key skips off his drives, and getting his teammates the ball with some flow. He's had several 30+ point games so far while also remaining their key playmaker offensively.

The LC State commit has Ballard off to a 6-2 start this season, and has already shown how he can take over a game in crunch time when he is being aggressive around the paint. In their win over Seattle Academy, he settled for some perimeter shots early on, but later in the game, he used his size to get to the hoop and started imposing himself on the game. This forced more defenders to key on him inside, and opened up lanes for Klassen-Matuska to execute some excellent passes, as well as put him in consistent position to contribute on the offensive glass.

Alexander has been an awesome addition to Emerald this winter. He's a guy who can ignite runs with his ability to create turnovers and catch a heater from 3-point range. He showed that in a tough loss to O'Dea, hitting a few huge shots from behind the arc, and showing some great reactions defensively to steal inbounds passes or pick ball handlers and get quick buckets for the Jags. He's a high-energy kid with the ability to hit shots in big moments and has shown a lot of fight this season.

O'Dea is showing early on that they are a serious contender in the 3A, and Brooks plays a key role for the Irish. He's had a huge impact across a lot of areas as a skilled, high-effort player. Plays pretty composed with his attacks and catches around the paint. Finds space, makes simple plays, remains balanced, and showcases good touch around the paint. Can rise up quickly for those short jumpers to capitalize on space, and has been a key defender this winter.

He's had a solid start to the season with his two-way play. Can use his strength to finish around the cup, is a good perimeter shooter in rhythm, and has the ability to make plays defensively on and off the ball. He's capable of erupting for big quarters, and his athleticism helps him be a factor from a lot of different spots on the court.
