<p>Thanksgiving week I attended four tournaments for exactly 25 games and 48 different teams. The events I watched were <strong>Phoenix Union Coyote Classic</strong> at Central and Deer Valley for 2 days, <strong>Fear The Hop Tournament</strong> at Mesa HS, <strong>Ben Franklin Thanksgiving Classic </strong>at Ben Franklin and Gilbert Christian and lastly the <strong>LV8 Invitational</strong> at Chandler-Gilbert CC. </p>

<p>A long wing forward will score with drives to the basket with his long strides and will hit the three off the catch or pull. He will dribble drive and make a play and often earns trips to the free throw line. He rebounds well in his area and will defend the 2-5 for his team. </p>

<p>A scoring lead guard who is having a good start of the season. He scores it with dribble drives and he can hit the three off the pull or catch. He has some quickness with the ball and has a nice feel to make a play. He scored 16 points in their win. </p>

<p>A scoring guard has a stronger frame to take the pounding inside and he is a very good on-ball defender and rebounds well in his area with some bounce. He scores it on the break with dunks, tough layups and pull-ups from mid to the three. He has one of the prettier mid-range pull-ups in the class. He scored 13 points </p>

<p>A bigger framed power forward who has advanced post footwork with soft hands. He is very patient in the post and will score with reverse layups, counter moves and earn trips to the free throw line plus step and hit the three. He scored 10 points and grabbed a bunch of rebounds in his area. </p>

<p>A bigger scoring guard will light up the scoreboard. He has deep range and quicker trigger with his threes, he will pull-up from mid-range and gets on the glass with his size and length plus will collect steals and play the passing lanes. He scored 12+ points. </p>

<p>A real point guard talks all game on both ends of the court as a true leader. He can hit three off the catch with some range and from mid-range plus get a step on a defender and lay it up with his speed and tighter handle. His passing makes the team go with up the court ropes and drive and kicks. He scored 15 points with multiple assists. </p>

<p>A two-way bigger scoring lead guard. He is a natural downhill attacker with his tighter handle and the frame to absorb the contact. He will also score with fall aways, dunks on the break and he is a great rebounder for positions. He had some impressive closeout blocks versus Maryvale. He scored 8 points. </p>

<p>A sharp shooting combo guard with off the catch and pull from well beyond the three point line from the parking lot. His range is almost unmatched in 5A and the AIA. He makes smart decisions with the ball and scored 23 points with 7 3s made. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1445948' first='Brandon' last='Stapleton'] Chandler</strong></p>

<p>A physical wing who defends multiple positions. He will score getting downhill getting to the basket with multiple ball fakes inside the paint. He is a very good passer with an unselfish nature and is tough on the defensive end and rebounds the ball at a good clip. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1875718' first='Melvin' last='Stubbs Jr'] Sandra Day O'Connor</strong></p>

<p>A long and versatile wing forward fills up the stat sheet nightly with steals, rebounds and blocks. He will score with step thrus, euro steps, hook shots and tough shots in traffic. He is a fluid mover to cover a lot of ground on defense and makes some uncoachable plays every game. He scored 8 points.</p>
