<p>Prep Hoops Missouri takes a look at some of the top small-school dynamic duos around the state. These terrific tandems have been putting him work at the Classes 1,2 and 3 levels and will continue to do it this season. Here are seven pairs to get you started this week.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2539650' first='Landan' last='Burchard']-[player_tooltip player_id='2843261' first='Jett' last='Hancock'] (Puxico): A tremendous set of 2026 guards in the SEMO area who led the Indians to a 28-4 record and a third-place finish in the Class 2 state tournament. Both were All-State selections last season. The 5'10" Burchard is a dynamic scoring point guard who averaged 21 points a game. He is a three-level scorer with excellent quickness and the ability to create off the dribble. He made 85 3-pointers and shot 39 percent from 3-point range. The 5'11" Hancock is a high-energy player who shoots the ball well and can rebound from the guard position. As a junior, he averaged 14 points and seven rebounds a game while shooting 48 percent from 3-point range. He also knocked down more than 50 triples.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2284688' first='Korbin' last='Kinder']-[player_tooltip player_id='2843310' first='Calvin' last='Layton'] (Woodland): Another excellent 2026 backcourt duo in the SEMO area who is back after leading the Cardinals to a Final Four berth in the Class 3 state tournament. Kinder is a four-year starter who is a tremendous scoring threat with a good feel for the game. As a junior, he averaged 19 points and seven rebounds a game while shooting 47 percent from 3-point range. He also handed out more than five assists a game. The 6'2" was also a consistent scoring threat from the perimeter who also rebounds well for his position. He also plays well without the ball with his movement. As a junior, he averaged 14 points and seven rebounds a game while shooting 55 percent from the field and 38 percent from 3-point range.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2383864' first='Braeden' last='Walton']-[player_tooltip player_id='2414259' first='Max' last='Snider'] (Scott Snider): A pair of talented 2027 guards who led the Rams to a 23-4 record and came within one point of winning a district championship a year ago. Both have positional size and athleticism along with the versatility to score anywhere on the floor. The 6'5" Walton is a versatile ball handler who can play the point forward role and also work in the paint area. Snider is an athletic wing player with three-level scoring ability and excellent court sense. He plays very well without the ball and he can also create off the dribble. When they are not playing together in high school, they are also summer teammates with the [program_tooltip program_id='2607320' first='SEMO' last='Select'].</p>

<p>Eli Rogers-[player_tooltip player_id='2541260' first='Owen' last='Fortner'] (Risco): A pair of 2026 standouts who are the top returning players from Risco's 27-win team that extended two time state champion Chadwick to overtime in the Class 1 quarterfinals. Rogers is a 6'0" guard while Fortner is a 6'4" forward. Rogers is a smooth lefty who can shoot it with extended range past the 3-point line. He also has the clutch gene as he has hit several big shots in key situations throughout his career. Fortner is a versatile forward who can create matchup problems with his skill set. He is a crafty scorer in the paint and he can also stretch the defense with his 3-point shooting.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2808484' first='Ian' last='Saunders']-[player_tooltip player_id='2952100' first='Cooper' last='Langley'] (Stewartsville-Osborn): A pair of 2027 guards who form one of the top backcourt combos in the NWMO area. Together, they led Stewartsville-Osborn to a 20-victory season and a district championship. Osborn is a 6'0" certified bucket who averaged 24 points a game as a sophomore. He is a scoring threat from anywhere. He also averaged seven rebounds, four assists and four steals a game. Langley is a 6'0" point guard who is a perfect compliment for Langley. He runs the show and distributes the ball, but he can also get buckets when needed. He averaged 13 points, five rebounds and two assists while shooting 42 percent from 3-point range, making 58 triples.</p>

<p>Colton Broadwater-[player_tooltip player_id='2836988' first='Blayne' last='Wilson'] (Jefferson): A pair of 2027 standouts who form a strong inside-outside combination that led the Blue Jays to a 20-9 record and a berth in the Class 3 state quarterfinals. Broadwater is a 6'6" forward while Wilson is a talented point guard. Broadwater is an excellent young post player with good moves and a nice touch around the basket. He can also shoot it from the high post very effectively. As a sophomore, he averaged 15.9 points and 7.1 rebounds a game while shooting 54 percent from the field. Wilson makes things happen on the perimeter with his speed and 3-point shooting. He averaged 14 points a game last season while making 54 3-pointers on 39 percent shooting from long distance.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2837041' first='Kash' last='Holt']-[player_tooltip player_id='2837044' first='Hunter' last='Lowery'] (Princeton): A pair of 6'5 2027 forwards who have a chance to be one of the state's top small school pairs, especially at the Class 2 level. Their playing styles also compliment each other very well. Holt is a long and lanky athlete who runs the court well. He can block shots in the paint and hit 3-pointers on the perimeter. Lowery is a big-bodied forward who uses his physical strength and size to muscle around in the paint for buckets and rebounds.</p>
