We're concluding our content on the Uprise Fall Icebreaker, which brought some of the top prospects in the state together for a weekend of competing. We saw plenty of top prospects, but also got to see some new names emerge. While these are not names that we did not know about heading into the event, it is ones that caught our attention as players to follow moving forward.

Austin was cooking this past weekend, and he was a player that many left the event wanting to know more about. He finished with 19 points in a key matchup and turned some heads along the way. He's a confident scorer who can catch fire in a hurry and carried stretches of the event with shot-making. He hit threes, created off the bounce, and strung together momentum buckets that gave his team life. You can tell the confidence is there, and the way that he attacked mismatches was with pure scorer's swagger. He looked like a guy ready to explode this season.

Reece is a player that we've seen play many of times and this was the best we saw of him. He was smooth and steady all event and led the way for Eaglecrest. He was a player that could not be contained and provided a spark when he was out there. He had some creative finishes. There were gloaters, mid-range pull-ups, and scoring off the bounce. He just kept finding ways to get buckets. What I liked was that he was constantly moving and hunting shots, and when he got in rhythm, Eaglecrest's offense clicked. His confidence jumps out, and it feels like he's figuring out how to take over games without forcing it.

Nolan's versatility just pops. He's a skilled big who can stretch the floor, initiate offense, and finish with soft touch inside. I came away impressed with how skilled he is. It's not just size, but he's also very polished. The confidence teammates have feeding him says everything, and he plays beyond his years. He's reliable and unselfish but can also take over. He handles it, shoots it, and looks comfortable at all levels. He's one of those young prospects you want to buy stock in now.

Brayden showed great feel for the game. He was always moving, always making the right read. London plays with a high motor and IQ, and he also ran the floor, kept possessions alive, and made plays for others. You notice his activity right away. He's the type of forward who impacts winning in a dozen little ways. Smart, unselfish, and fits seamlessly anywhere. I want to see more from him.

London brought energy every single possession, and he popped while watching games. He was everywhere. There was slashing, rebounding, defending, and finishing dunks in transition, and that is what you ask for out of a player who gives his all out there. The athleticism jumps off the floor, but it's his motor that really separates him. He's quick, strong, and fearless attacking the rim. The shot creation flashed too. He's one of those “how is he under the radar?” guys who is explosive and impactful. I hope to see more from him.
