The [program_tooltip program_id='2076930' first='Pocket' last='City Basketball'] Fall League features a lot of the top talent in Southwest Indiana. Since covering the league for the last three years, this is as balanced that I have ever seen the league with every team having a good blend of talent. Here are the players who made the All-League Team:

(MVP) [player_tooltip player_id='1560964' first='Edwin' last='Holmes'] - Princeton 2026

[player_tooltip player_id='1560964' first='Edwin' last='Holmes'], Princeton's 6'7” Indiana Junior All-Star Forward was the top ranked player in the league, and he showed exactly why? The versatile forward is a Swiss Army knife on the floor with a skill set unlike many other players in the entire state. Really good with the ball in his hands. He possesses great court vision. He does a good job playing out of the pick and roll as the ball handler. He balances scoring and facilitating. He's an inside-out threat with good footwork and a soft touch from all over the floor. He's a winner that impacts the game on both ends of the floor. Will be one of the favorites for Southwest Indiana Player of the Year as well as a potential Indiana All-Star.

[player_tooltip player_id='2989713' first='Ashton' last='Rhoades'] - South Spencer 2026

The most prolific scorer in the league this year, 6'2” South Spencer Guard [player_tooltip player_id='2989713' first='Ashton' last='Rhoades'] scored it from all over the floor in every week of the league. Smooth, confident scorer that has the ability to get to his spots. Not the quickest or most athletic player, but gets to his spots with ease and scores it in a variety of different ways. Deep range on his three-point shot. He shoots it effortlessly, but balances his attack by getting in the lane where he can either rise up in the midrange or get all the way to the rim where he can finish through contact. His performance in the league solidified him as one of the best shooting guards in the area and has the chance to lead the area in scoring.

The lengthy smooth scoring guard is one of the most talented players in the area with the ball in his hands. Has the ball on a string with his handles, he has a quick first step to get in the lane. He has a variety of moves in the lane to get all the way to the basket where he does a good job playing through contact and finishing. Struggled a bit from the three-point line, he has a smooth compact stroke that he can get off in a hurry. One of the most gifted offensive players in the area used the fall league to springboard him into a potential big time senior season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1561076' first='Bryson' last='Chapman'] - Evansville North 2026

Evansville North's 6'5” athletic wing putting on a scoring display every single game he was at. Smooth offensive game with good positional size that's comfortable all over the floor playing with or without the ball in his hands. Does a really good job using his size to his advantage. Tight handle allows him to take bigger guys on the perimeter where he can get in his bag while also having the IQ to play out of the mid post with smaller defenders on him. He has the potential to be a really good defender with his length and quickness, but wasn't always engaged in that end. Really good rebounder that was always a threat in transition. High potential small college guy that will be in the mix for SIAC Player of the Year.

Outside of Rhoades, I'm not sure there is another player on the league that made a name for himself more than [player_tooltip player_id='2575590' first='Wallace' last='Kiteka']. He's a herky jerky wing with his movement that can finish plays with explosive athleticism. He plays with a high motor on both ends of the floor. Attacks the glass relentlessly and has one of the quickest second jumps in the area when it comes to offensive rebounding. He's a good cutter off the ball that showed he can finish in a variety of different ways. He's relentless to get downhill. Quick first step with a physical frame that can take contact and stay on balance. Jump shot looks good but is still a work in progress. He's an under the radar kid that will have a big season at Rivet after performing well in the fall league.
