PH NorCal took in the first game of the season. It was considered warm up game. The Foundation game up on the hill at Valley Christian. It was a low scoring game, Valley pulled out the victory 48-44. Both teams showed early season struggles nevertheless here are the standout, and newcomers from the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='2268980' first='Bryant' last='Clark']: He picked up early fouls had to sit. He got it going in the second half with key buckets when the team needed them. He's running point guard at time, his decision making, ball handling and passing are improved. He's taking and making shots within the flow of the offense. He's knocking down 3's, taking it strong to the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id='2863604' first='Evan' last='Lee']: He starts the season on a good note. He looked comfortable putting up shots behind the 3-point line throughout the game. He's beginning to add other pieces to his overall skill set. He has a good body, and frame to add muscle. He had a couple of dribble drives to the basket. He helped rebound. Consistency will be key for Lee.

[player_tooltip player_id='2197849' first='Jacob' last='Sutton']: He didn't have one of his best shooting games, he's still very much a threat to put points on the board. He can control the flow, run the teams offense. He was aggressively looking to create his own shot opportunities. He's hard to keep out of the paint. He has foot work and multiple ways to finish around the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id='2872459' first='Hudson' last='Dennison']: He did well using his 6'6 body and footwork around the basket. He was an active rebounder, got a couple of put back points, and defender. He used a couple of dribbles, and body turning, and taking it up for points in the paint. He did well attacking the baseline. He seems most effective working in the post, but he can hit the 3-point shot at the top of the key.

[player_tooltip player_id='2275971' first='Jerry' last='Williams']: Standing 6'2 he has legitimate guard skills. He can handle and pass, he takes it strong to the basket, will put up open 3-point shots. He was hard to defend working his way through the paint. His strength and physicalness helped him get rebounds on both ends. He finished strong in traffic.

[player_tooltip player_id='2921184' first='Luca' last='Auer']: He's looks like the X Factor on this team. He can play both guard positions, helps bring the ball up court, makes long passes up court, and around the perimeter. He's a threat to drop 3's in the corner on the catch. He has good awareness and instincts on the defensive side of the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='2359721' first='Teni' last='Bamisebi']: At 6'9 he's one of our taller post prospects in the 2027 NorCal Class. He's still polishing up his offensive skill set in the post and building muscle. He give good effort going after rebounding, altering shots. He's a legitimate post defender, he's aware active talks, and uses length to patrol the paint.

[player_tooltip player_id='3101185' first='Will' last='Abdella']: He's a newcomer. He was inserted off the bench, right away he was difference maker actively going after rebounds on both ends of the court. He multiple offensive rebounds for points, and just keeping possession for his team. He's around 6'4, strong, works hard defending in the post.

[player_tooltip player_id='3101186' first='Aiden' last='Wong']: He's a steady point guard, looks to keep the offense flowing, with good ball movement around the perimeter, he has good speed pushing it up court. He stood out on the defensive side late in the game with his ability to defend on ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='3101183' first='Kayden' last='Ramirez']: He's a newcomer brings energy off the bench. He has good guard skills, speed and unafraid to put up a good shot. He hit a 3ptr from the top. He has quality handles, footspeed to attack defenders from different areas. He got a few steals with his activity out front. He can pressure ball handlers. He'll be a contributor.
