Keegan Morehead was a standout three-point shooting specialist that contributed to the number of threes made in Katy Jordan's road to winning the Super 16 Extravaganza championship. In the semifinal against Cypress Springs, he knocked down multiple three-point attempts that significantly boosted the point differential. His shooting mechanics were very fluid getting off his shots in a quick fashion. Keegan consistently found himself wide open on the perimeter receiving passes from his teammates. Throughout my time watching him he shot a good percentage from range. If he keeps this up Keegan should see his stock rise as a reliable shooter from the perimeter.

[player_tooltip player_id='2558151' first='Demetri' last='Lewis'] with the ball in his hands, pushed the pace against Westfield. After defensive possessions, Demetri had the ball in his hands most of the time as he brought it into the half-court and always looked to be in transition past half-court. Demetri demonstrated his ability to make great passes to teammates on the perimeter, setting them up for scoring opportunities. When he had the chance to score, he primarily converted layups, but I've seen him excel in the mid-range in other games I've watched him play in before the Super 16 Extravaganza.

Jae'Qurian Lincoln out of Humble High School put on a great performance against Strake Jesuit scoring 22 points out of the total 47 points scored by his team. In those 22 points, Jae'Qurian was able to burry 6 three pointers as he stretched the floor throughout the entire game. Most of these attempts were off the dribble as he sized up his defenders before launching his jump shot, which had a high arc. I've been thoroughly impressed by Jae'Qurian's game since I first watched him play last year. His versatility on both ends makes him a valuable asset, and college coaches who don't recognize his potential are missing out on a great player.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560932' first='Landon' last='Veal'] recently transferred from Good Vision Academy to Houston Christian High School where he is currently with a team that is looking to make some noise during the season! Throughout my years of scouting, I've been able to watch Landon play numerous of times. Each time I watch him play he adjusts well to each role he's given on a team. During the Super 16 Extravaganza he primarily played in the interior offensively while playing defense on all three levels. Against Westfield High School his activity level was high as he was able to score in the paint and have his hands on offensive boards providing second chance opportunities. Defensively, he guarded players in the interior while also being able to contain opposing ball handlers on the perimeter. His versatility brings a lot of value to Houston Christian on both ends.
