Croon made noise at the showcase with his two-way ability and confidence on both ends. He's a competitive guard who makes winning plays, can play and defend multiple positions, and can take over stretches of a game. Croon's defensive energy sets the tone, and he's efficient offensively with a balanced inside-out approach. Croon will be entering a strong system that emphasizes growth, so it will be a bit more of a project but he looks like a player built for long-term success. Croon easily makes this list as a player to watch as we continue to update.

Orji has shown he can dominate his age group whenever he's on the floor. He's a physical forward with size and a polished interior game. What I like about Orji is how he uses his strength and footwork to control the paint and rebound in bunches, even those that go out of his area. He protects the rim, runs the floor, and finishes through contact, and that will be on display all season as he will be relied upon to be one of the top players in the conference. Expect Orji to take on a major varsity role at Jefferson Academy and post strong numbers this upcoming season. He makes a long-awaited push for the list.

Kabongo impressed this summer as we saw him multiple times, and his ability to put the ball in the basket, as well as versatility, is why he will be making the rankings this go-round. Izzy stood out with his scoring instincts and creativity on offense as a shot maker. He's comfortable with the ball in his hands and also moves without it. He also knocks down the 3-ball and gets to the mid-range. Izzy uses his athleticism to exploit mismatches and flashes defensive potential when locked in. This season will be about growth and learning, but his skill level makes him one to track moving forward.

France continues to stand out as a high-IQ, versatile player who impacts games beyond the box score, and that was on display all summer. He communicates well, rotates defensively, and does the small things that help teams win and that will keep him on the floor. Offensively, he plays within the flow, makes the right reads, and provides consistent energy which is contagious. His leadership and willingness to do the dirty work give him early value and make him an easy player to trust as I expect him to have a big year. He started the back half of the year on varsity as a freshman, and heading into his sophomore season, he has high expectations that we feel he fulfills.

Fedderson's upside is as high as anyone in the class. The 6'8 big man runs the floor, finishes above the rim, and uses his size to seal defenders for easy touches. He's shown touch around the basket and confidence in the mid-range game that makes him a weapon. Defensively, he alters shots and controls the glass, and that will only make him an even more complete player. He's still developing, but his skill, size, and mobility make him a long-term prospect worth serious attention, and we can't wait to get more eyes on him this season.
