Today we will be taking a look at some up and coming 14U names from the Westlake MS gym this past weekend. These are some of the prospects that you will need to know as the grassroots season continues and they start to get into a rhythm moving forward.    Allen made a strong impression with his activity and physical presence around the basket. He consistently crashed the boards on both ends of the floor, using his positioning and effort to secure rebounds in traffic. Offensively, Allen showed an understanding of how to establish position inside, allowing him to convert opportunities at the rim. He was particularly effective at following his own misses or capitalizing on offensive rebounds, going back up quickly and finishing plays. At times, he demonstrated the ability to finish through contact, which highlights both his toughness and confidence in the paint. Allen's motor and willingness to do the physical work make him a promising prospect with room to continue developing his overall game.     Kitson utilized his size and length to make a noticeable impact, particularly on the defensive end. He was effective at altering shots around the rim, using his height to contest attempts and make it difficult for opponents to score inside. Kitson also made his presence felt on the offensive glass, crashing aggressively and creating second chance opportunities for his team. His ability to run the floor in transition added another layer to his game, as he consistently got up the court and positioned himself for easy scoring chances. With his combination of size, effort and mobility, Kitson has the tools to develop into a strong interior presence.     Clark stood out with his hustle and ability to impact the game in key moments. Defensively, he showed a high motor, tracking down plays from behind and putting in the effort to contest shots and recover in transition. His awareness and persistence allowed him to make plays that shifted momentum. Offensively, Clark demonstrated the ability to knock down clutch shots from beyond the arc, showing confidence in pressure situations. He also attacked the paint, creating scoring opportunities off the dribble. His combination of hustle, timely scoring and competitiveness makes him an intriguing prospect to watch as he continues to develop.     Rudersdorf proved to be a dynamic scoring threat, particularly with his ability to heat up quickly from beyond the arc. As a knockdown shooter, he created an early offensive spark for his team, knocking down perimeter shots and forcing the defense to adjust. Rudersdorf's confidence as a shooter allowed him to take advantage of open looks and capitalize on defensive lapses. In addition to his perimeter shooting, he showed the ability to get out in transition and attack the defense, drawing contact and earning trips to the free throw line. His scoring versatility and ability to generate momentum make him a player to watch on this team.     Orser made his mark as a defensive minded guard who consistently applied pressure to opposing ball handlers. His on ball defense stood out, as he used physicality and quickness to disrupt rhythm and force turnovers. Orser was active in the passing lanes, creating additional possessions for his team through steals and deflections. His aggressive approach allowed him to be a constant pest, making it difficult for opponents to get going. Offensively, he capitalized on those defensive plays by pushing the ball in transition and finishing at the rim. Orser's combination of defensive intensity and transition scoring makes him a player with strong upside moving forward.
