The 6'4 forward explodes off the floor for dunks and is unafraid of drawing contact. Boyd knows how to put the ball on the floor and uses his strong frame to get position in the paint. He rips down rebounds at both ends of the floor and uses his athleticism to make plays on the defensive end. He finds his open teammates in the half court and pushes the pace well in transition. He is an underrated passer and slides his feet on the defensive end.
