What 2027 point guards elevated their stocks the most in the latest PHI rankings? Here are a few of the top players that elevated their rankings!

[player_tooltip player_id='2323592' first='Cole' last='DuBois'] (East Peoria)

Dubois is a wiry lead guard that teams up with Kitt to form one of the premier 1-2 duos in central Illinois. He shined over the summer with his ability to both get others involved along with score in bunches. Exciting young playmaker!

[player_tooltip player_id='2455389' first='Arthur' last='Abbey'] (Rock Island)

Abbey is another central Illinois point guard that had a nice month of June for Rock Island. The junior brings shake, shot making, and playmaking off the bounce. Going to be a leader for perhaps the best team in Central Illinois.

[player_tooltip player_id='2125616' first='Donavyn' last='Simmons'] (Joliet Catholic)

Simmons popped at The EXPO Illinois as the 6'1” combo was a monster in transition along with shooting it at a super high level from both two and three. Big season coming!

[player_tooltip player_id='2963278' first='Messiah' last='Horton'] (Richards)

Horton shined at the Romeoville Live Event as a 6'2” combo guard with silky smooth handles breaking down defenders off the dribble for creative layups along with mid-range jumpers.

[player_tooltip player_id='2948461' first='Kobe' last='Stevenson'] (Thornton)

We saw Stevenson several times over the summer with the first being a game where he could not miss from three. The southpaw was lethal with his shot making. The more we evaluated him we saw speed off the dribble for an array of finishing moves in the paint.

[player_tooltip player_id='2323599' first='Jamarri' last='Fears'] (Romeoville)

Best we have seen Fears in his career was in June with Romeoville. The youngest Fears brother played with a lot of confidence and is growing into his game as a distributor and secondary scorer.
