Moeller has a lot of young talent and Abraham is an under the radar name that could break out this season. Abraham broke out this summer on the Made Hoops Circuit with Midwest MHC Cincy 16 U. Abraham can move his feet defensively well for his size and has the length to be an impact shot blocker and rebounder. If Abraham can impact the game offensively, he could be a surprise player this winter in the GCL-South.

Wolford broke out in front of me at the Ohio State team camp, Wolford is a stretch big who has the size and shooting ability that a lot of college programs are looking for. Getting better as the season went on, Wolford scored 16 points in a playoff victory over Mount Vernon and is now ready to be the main man as a junior. Expect to hear a lot about Wolford this winter from fans and coaches across central Ohio.

An explosive leaper and athlete, Walker wants to play above the rim and tear it down when he's dunking the basketball. Best used offensively in the dunker spot, Walker can catch and finish above rim protectors due to his impressive leaping ability. Also a shot blocker defensively, Walker makes highlight plays on both ends. I'm very intrigued by Winton Woods this season as they lost a lot of senior production but have a good mix of returning talent and transfers that should make them one of the top Division II teams in Ohio.

Another GCL-South big, Scales is very different from the first one we mentioned due to obvious differences in frame. Scales is a punishing back to the basket big who impressed me with La Salle in June. Scales can catch and finish at the rim and also sets strong screens. Scales also drew praise for [program_tooltip program_id='2076547' first='Queen' last='City Prophets'] at the grassroots level this summer as well. La Salle will be looking to move up the GCL-South standings this winter and Scales should be a big part of their success this winter.

A more long term prospect to monitor, DeVault has size you can't teach. Getting some good experience with Nova Village in the spring, DeVault got to play with an against top regional talent to continue to push him in his development. Also playing at one of the best high school programs in the state, Newark is known for their development of players throughout the years and kids get better the more time they spend in their system. I'd expect small college programs to be intrigued by the size DeVault can add to their program and I wouldn't be shocked if he looks like a totally different player two years from now.

Big Walnut is getting more experienced each season and it's thanks to program staples like Bowers who stay busy year round for Big Walnut as he stands out on both the gridiron and hardwood. Bowers is another prospect who stood out at the Ohio State team camp to earn a spot in our rankings. Physically, Bowers is incredibly advanced with the ability to bully defenders in the paint. Nimble on his feet, you see how Bowers would be tough to stop as a tight end just by watching him run up and down the basketball court. I always like watching multi-sport athletes compete and think it's beneficial in the long run no matter what sport they decide to prioritize in college.

One of the more productive forwards on the Prep Hoops Circuit this summer in the midwest, McGraw impressed for 937 Hoop Dreams. A skilled forward who can score on the short roll, in the post or pop out on the perimeter, McGraw can beat you in a variety of ways. Impressed most by his hands and passing ability, those two skills are crucial for a player with McGraw's physical measurements. After scoring over 9 points a game as a Sophomore, expectations are even higher for McGraw as he is Kettering Fairmont's leading returning scorer.
