SWBC 2028 G/F Standouts

There was a lot of talent in the gym and</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Here were 6 2028 G/F Standouts</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2457665' first='Viktor' last='Babic'] Perry</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The biggest wing in the class and one of the biggest in the AIA. He is super skilled from all three levels. He can hit the three off the pull or catch, score it off the glass with a nice touch, post up and go to work with his his size and dunks it on the break. He will grab a ball off the glass and push it and make a play.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2194808' first='Carter' last='Bagley'] St. Mary's</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A strong framed guard/wing is highly skilled. He can bully his way to the basket and will score it thru the contact or get fouled. He is a good passer and he can hit the three and has a polished pull-up from mid-range. He is slowly becoming one of the harder players to defend one on one in the class. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2552733' first='Donovan' last='Palmer'] Chandler&nbsp;(Pictured)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A long and tall post player with some vertical pop. He is a top end defensive minded big man who controls the paint with rebounding at a good clip and blocking shots. He will score with alley-oop dunks, offensive rebound put backs and he will occasionally hit the catch three.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2628063' first='Jacob' last='Banja'] Bourgade Catholic</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A long and quickly growing post player who is a natural shot blocker and rebounder. He runs the floor well and will score with dunks, offensive rebound put backs and hook shots. His recent added height has helped him in many areas of his game.  </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2893420' first='Davion' last='Rhymes'] Carl Hayden</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A good sized guard/wing has a great lineage with a long line of talented relatives. He is very skilled from mid to the three point line. He can get downhill with a nice layup package but loves his mid-range jumper off the dribble. He also brings energy on the defensive end.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2692801' first='Thomas' last='Sorenson'] Basha</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Another good sized guard/wing has a high motor to rebound. He also collects steals which led to layups on the other end and he can score. He can hit the three off the catch with a nice looking shooting stroke and he can get to the basket with a sneaky burst.  </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
