King made a solid two-way impact for his team, with a couple of steals and blocks to help jumpstart fast break opportunities for his team. When he wasn't involved in the defensive action, King was found running the floor and scored himself on a handful of transition opportunities. His strong frame and quickness allows him to get behind the defense and score effectively at the rim. Name to know in central Ohio's 2028 class, King already has started to make his mark at the varsity level.

One of the most talented wings in southwest Ohio, Dunn is set for a breakout sophomore season for a stacked Lakota West squad. I've noticed athletic improvements from Dunn even from the month of June as he's playing above the rim and looking more confident as a finisher. His positional size and shooting ability gives him an easy role at the high school and college level but this athletic jump he's making right now will raise his ceiling as well.

One of the shiftiest point guards in the state of Ohio, Williams was getting busy in the second 5 on 5 game of the day with some tough buckets off isolation moves. Nobody could really keep Williams from getting to the paint and his change of speed on the ball is difficult for defenders to stay in front of. Williams best move of the day came on a drive where he hit a reverse pivot that had the defender lost as he hit the easy fallaway shot. Garfield Heights has a storied tradition of talented guard play and Williams is helping keep that tradition.

One of my favorite players to watch all day on the defensive end of the court, Smith was getting active on the ball. With strong hands to pickpocket opposing ball handlers and intercept passes, Smith had to be either the top or near the top of the showcase for steals. Later in the day Smith knocked down a couple above the break 3-pointers, showing some offensive skill as well.

I was impressed with Oliver Jr's ability to score at the rim despite being undersized. Not afraid to drive and go up against taller rim protectors, Oliver Jr did a nice job of avoiding shot blockers and scoring in the paint. I think Oliver Jr threw off the defense early in the camp as a lefty, making some tough layups with that hand. Love to see smaller players compete against taller opposition and still find ways to produce.

One of the more physical players at the camp, Thurman was aggressive in the paint by throwing players around for rebounds. Looking to score in the paint, Thurman knows what his bread and butter is and that's sealing his man, catching and finishing on the block. Thurman stuck to what he does best and was effective, not trying to do things he's not capable of at a showcase event.
