Thurman will be a player to watch in Adrian over the next few years. He’s listed as a post, but he can take the ball on the perimeter and attack the rim. Thurman showed his offensive vision when he recognized a double lane and immediately attacked it off the bounce. The Maples have a high upside prospect in Thurman.

One of the more physical players at the camp, Thurman was aggressive in the paint by throwing players around for rebounds. Looking to score in the paint, Thurman knows what his bread and butter is and that’s sealing his man, catching and finishing on the block. Thurman stuck to what he does best and was effective, not trying to do things he’s not capable of at a showcase event.
