The 6-foot-7 forward is as skilled as they come and uses his dribble, pass, shoot and create skill-set to impact the game in a variety of ways on the offensive end. Sheppard has shown the ball skills, vision and basketball IQ to push the break offensively and even create for himself and others out of ball screen action. From a scoring standpoint, Sheppard is a budding "three-level" guy who, right now, is best using his big body and touch around the rim to finish high percentage looks but has shown perimeter touch.

No. 2 [player_tooltip player_id='2746607' first='Josh' last='Lowery'] | Legacy Christian Academy

One of the more polished scorers in the 2028 class, Lowery plays like a prospect who grew up competing against and watching his two older brothers play high level basketball. The 6-foot-4 shooting guard/wing has a mature and balanced scoring package complete with perimeter shot-making off the catch and off the bounce - from three and mid-range - and is a savvy driver and finisher when he gets a paint touch.

No. 3 [player_tooltip player_id='2828496' first='Cameron' last='Anderson'] | St. John Bosco

Anderson wasn't a prospect who put up huge numbers as a freshman but that was due in large-part to him playing on a loaded team that went on to win CIF Southern Section and CIF State Open Division championships. Anderson earned this ranking because of how he impacted winning when he got his chance. The 6-foot-3 combo guard has a swiss army knife skill-set that allows him to play multiple positions offensively and defend multiple positions defensively. Anderson was always making the right play at the right time whether it was getting on the floor for a loose ball, tipping a pass or grabbing an offensive rebound, Anderson has a knack for the ball.

No. 4 [player_tooltip player_id='2750220' first='Ryan' last='Doane'] | JSerra

Doane has a mastery in at-rim finishing ability which has a lot to do with his combination of back to the basket feel, a strong foundation of footwork and the ability to create and score from a variety of angles on his low block touches. The 6-foot-8 forward/center has shown more confidence as a face-up shooter from mid-range and three and is a mobile rim-runner in transition.

No. 5 [player_tooltip player_id='2194462' first='Jordan' last='Mize'] | Sierra Canyon

Mize is a "wired to score" lefty whose most lethal scoring attribute is his ability to stretch the floor. The 6-foot-4 shooting guard has deep and consistent range on his three-point shot and the ability to hit triples in a flurry. When he's not knocking down perimeter jumpers, Mize can put it on the deck and drive to his strong hand where he uses a quick pop of vertical athleticism to elevate and score over the top of rim protectors. Mize's length, lateral speed and anticipatory feel allow him to pressure defensively and be a disruptive presence on that end of the floor.
