September is inching closer as it is about a week and a half away. The 2026 class is primed to have a big senior season, especially in the front court. Here are the 2026 Group 1 power forward prospects to track this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1948974' first='Andrew' last='Adegbite'], 6'5 Pompton Lakes

Adegbite had a big summer and is looking to carry it over into the season. The 6'5 forward explodes off the floor for dunks and can finish through contact. Adegbite has a good face-up game as he can put the ball on the floor and his range extends out to the three-point line. He skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor and uses his timing to influence shots around the rim. Adegbite should fill up the stat sheet throughout the course of his senior season with his ability to control the game at both ends of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='2348977' first='Marjon' last='Skillman'], 6'4 Thrive Charter

Skillman was a force on the block throughout the Titans' run to the Group 1 title and should continue to do that in his senior season. The 6'4 forward uses his strong frame to get position down low and has a good touch around the basket. Skillman sets strong screens in the half court and rolls hard to the basket. He is tough to keep off the glass and holds his ground on the defensive end. Skillman is a physical forward prospect who should continue to dominate the boards throughout the course of the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2628192' first='Luke' last='Kopczynski'], 6'4 Cresskill

Kopczynski is one of the more underrated forward prospects in North Jersey and should put his game on full display this season. The 6'4 forward can play on the perimeter as he can put the ball on the deck and finishes well around the basket. Kopczynski is a solid passer out of the post and moves well without the ball in his hands. He fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor and is an underrated shot-blocker. Kopczynski is a talented forward prospect who should fill up the stat sheet over the next couple of months.

[player_tooltip player_id='2763482' first='Antwuan' last='Rogers'], 6'5 Salem

Rogers should get more touches on the offensive end, which will help his game in a big way. The 6'5 forward rips down rebounds on both ends of the floor and uses his athleticism to influence shots around the rims. Rogers runs the floor hard, setting himself for easy baskets in transition. He rarely forces shots in the half court and is an underrated passer. Rogers had seven double-doubles last season and should eclipse that number in his senior season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2107635' first='Jasahn' last='Canary'], 6'6 Bound Brook

Canary's stock is on the rise after a good summer, and it should continue to go up during the winter. The 6'6 forward has a nice touch around the rim and is able to draw contact in the paint. Canary moves well without the ball in his hands and is an underrated passer. He works for rebounds on both ends of the floor and can influence shots on the defensive end with his length. Canary has the potential to fill up the box score this season with his ability to grab rebounds ands score in the paint.
