And after helping lead them to a 17u championship game appearance, it's clear he knows how to run a team. The 6'4 guard did a great job of handling the rock while being defended by shorter/quicker guards, and on the defensive end he had no problem moving his feet with those smaller guards. Utilizes his length to force turnovers, and from there is an athletic finisher in the open floor.

Carter nearly led ND Phenom to one of the comebacks of the summer on Friday night. EG10 had a comfortable lead for most of the second half, until Carter drained two threes and then stole the ball for a transition finish in just about a minute of play. That quick scoring burst brought his team right back into the game, and made things interesting until the last possession. He's an athletic 6'3 guard who has no problem creating his own shots off the dribble, but also excels at getting into the lane and locating an open teammate. Was going right at a defense filled with length and athleticism and found ways to put points on the board.

Drew has the look of a point guard who's going to lead Winneconne to a lot of wins over the next four years. He's a lightning quick floor general who has the ball on a string, sees the floor well, and makes smart decisions on the ball. Against [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] while playing up at the 15u level, Drew was able to beat defenders off the bounce to create his own looks, while also constantly moving when he didn't have the ball. Tough as nails on ball defender who competes on every possession.

Jack Haskins is a true floor general for 937 Hoop Dreams. His change of speed makes him so unpredictable on the ball, and he's a crafty finisher who can score with either hand in traffic. I saw him against [program_tooltip program_id='2075674' first='Minnesota' last='Heat'] on Sunday where he came up with some clutch finishes down the stretch. You'll never see the ball stick in Jack's hands as he knows what he's going to do as soon as it comes his way, and he's an unselfish player who will pass up a good look to get an even better shot for a teammate.

Kaleb may have been the most impressive athlete I saw all weekend. The 6' point guard can absolutely jump out of the gym, and it showed as he threw down back to back dunks to start things off against Pro One Select on Saturday. The Golda Meir guard cut backdoor for an alley-oop dunk on the opening possession, and then stole the ball for another dunk right after. He gets after it defensively, using that lateral quickness to be an absolute pest on the ball. Someone who doesn't need to score much to make an impact on the game, as he's going to provide a ton of energy on the defensive end.

Xavier showed off his elite shot making ability on Sunday against [program_tooltip program_id='2078859' first='Starks' last='Elite']. He was able to create separation for an outside jumper with just one or two dribbles, and showed just how dangerous he is when he gets into a rhythm. His first half helped [program_tooltip program_id='2075685' first='Minnesota' last='Select'] run out to a big lead, and the game was never in question from there. In the second half he showed he can be dangerous taking smaller guards into the post and then hitting a turnaround jumper right over the top of them.

This [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] team does a great job of creating shots from their offensive sets, but Eli brings just the right amount of unpredictability that can be needed to win big games. In the 17u title game he helped push the tempo for some transition buckets, and when the offense was stalled he could be relied upon to create something out of nothing. Showed no problems handling the ball against a team filled with length and athleticism, and had a clutch left handed lay-up over a 6'7 defender during the 1st overtime period of the 17u title game.
