He turned that into a strong June and an impressive practice flipping back to grassroots ball. Miars again looked very quick, but also very confident with the ball in his hands. After battling through a foot injury, O'Connor is back and ready to finish grassroots season with a bang. He still looked fast and very much in shape. He actually looked like he came back even stronger in the upper body. Even with an injury that was better to be safe than sorry with keeping him out for the day, Francis showed up at practice and was there with his teammates.
