One of the top athletes at the camp, Bonner was showcasing his slashing ability with quick twitch change of direction moves to overpower defenders at the rim. When Bonner was cut off, he hit a nasty up and under move to get the defender in the air and easily score. I've also noticed steady improvement from Bonner as a 3-point shooter, now having the confidence to quickly fire away from the top of the key as well as the corners. Bonner is on an upward trajectory right now and looks like one of the most intriguing players in the Columbus city league.

A long wing guard, Kibler has the physical tools to bother opponents with his defensive activity. A player who wants to get going on the perimeter, Kibler's perimeter shot making stood out. Kibler led his conference in scoring as a sophomore at 19 PPG and knocked down 30 3-pointers last season in just 11 games. That type of volume certainly translated to a showcase setting as Kibler was one of the more impressive scorers I saw all day.

There were a handful of Kentucky standouts at the camp and Little caught my eye in both the 3 V 3 and 5 V 5 portions of the showcase. Little had a couple power finishes in the paint, playing on balance and using his frame to score at the rim. Little was a primary ball handler for his team, knocking down a couple of pull-up jumpers as well as making plays as a pick and roll ball handler. Talented player out of eastern Kentucky.

Duke stood out with a big two way impact on Friday, turning defense to offense in an instant. Duke intercepted numerous passes and quickly started fast break opportunities off these impact defensive plays. Moving at a different pace than a lot of other players on the court, Duke was clearly a top athlete despite being two grades younger than a majority of the campers at the event.

The winner of the MVP trophy for the 9th and 10th grade Division, Freeman was productive sitting in the dunker spot and making himself available to catch and finish in the paint. A mobile big, Freeman would beat other forwards down the court with long strides and could catch and finish in transition. With a strong frame for his age as well, it's easy to see the long-term upside with Freeman. A potential stock riser in Kentucky during the next rankings update if Freeman continues to show this type of production and motor.
