Rankings Release: Wings to Watch

A talented perimeter shooter, he does a good job of making shots in catch and shoot situations, out of DHO actions, and coming off of screens. He leverages his shooting to open up driving lanes, as well as passing windows. On top of that, he's a high IQ cutter that finishes with either hand around the rim. After recently making the move to the <em>Middlesex Magic</em> and the UAA, he's continued to impress as a versatile scorer that gets it done at all three levels. A well-built 6'6" wing, he has the strength needed to make plays through contact, shows a high basketball IQ as a playmaker in the half-court, and continues to knock down shots as a high clip from behind the arc. A talented perimeter shooter, he's done nothing but torch the nets so far this spring. A quality off ball mover, he does a nice job of using screens to get open on the perimeter and is in constant movement in the half-court. He can put the ball on the floor for multiple bounces, is a willing ball-mover within the flow of the offense, and utilizes a floater game to score over size in the paint. Not afraid to do the little things that don't show up in a box score, he checks a lot of boxes on the offensive end of the floor. He can knock down shots from behind the arc, operates as a pop guy or roller out of ball screens, and is a quality mover without the ball. He can play with or without the ball in his hands, finishes with either hand around the rim, and does a nice job of delivering passes on time and on target. He's terrific in the open floor, covers ground quick, and uses his length as a finisher around the rim. When he gets into the paint, he has the ability to finish in a variety of ways, particularly with touch over size. He also shows the ability to make shots in isolation situations, particularly from behind the arc. Offensively, he has the ability to finish with either hand at the rim, does a good job of making an impact on the glass, and can make shots in catch and shoot situations from behind the arc. A quality perimeter shooter with a quick release on his jumper, he does a nice job of elevating into his shot, allowing him to get it off over most defenders. He has good strength and a college ready frame, both of which he uses to his advantage as a driver. One of the top juniors in the MIAA this winter, he's a stat sheet stuffer that can play on or off the ball on the offensive end of the floor. He does a nice job of getting to his spots off the bounce, can score at the 1st and 3rd levels, and makes good decisions as a passer.
