Carter took over in a win for [program_tooltip program_id='2075310' first='Northstar' last='Titans']. He connected with six three-pointers, showing a lot of confidence from the perimeter. He was doing most of his damage out of the catch-and-shoot, being a go-to kick out option for teammates' passes. He was letting it fly from well beyond the arc, as he was taking advantage of defenders not having a hand in his face at all times.

Carter just announced his commitment to North Dakota after a dominant performance on Saturday. He was dunking everyone when he was in the open floor, really showing off his explosiveness and athleticism. He has a smooth shooting stroke and was a threat to hit on three-point looks off the catch or off the dribble. Evanson was great when pushing the pace, being able to go coast-to-coast for a finish inside or find a teammate for an open shot.

Hamze was at his best when working in the pick and roll, as his decision making was spot on. He was great at using the screen and attacking the basket, where he can convert on tough finishes with either hand. He can also either find a teammate on the perimeter or right at the basket for an assist. I have always been impressed with Yusuf's ability to defend at a high level, as he makes opposing guards' lives very difficult.

Brooklan is a super quick and twitchy guard who has the ball on a string. He was fun to watch create for himself and teammates, as he was unpredictable on where he was going to or what he was going to do. He hit on some super tough looks from three, sometimes fading and off balance. He has a deep bag of acrobatic finishes he can go to inside, being able to hang in the air and contort his body.

Keishaun has been a key part of Minnesota Gold's run to the NHR State semifinals, bringing a lot to the table as a 5'9” guard. He is a scrappy defender, as opposing guards were having trouble with his physicality and lateral quickness on the perimeter. He is quick with the ball in his hands, being able to make one move to get downhill where he can make plays happen. He is a great finisher around the rim and showed some impressive vision as well.

Lexyn needed to be accounted for by the defense at all times, or else he was going to torch from the perimeter. He has a quick and smooth jumper, as he can get shots off fast in the catch-and-shoot. He also looked comfortable creating with the ball in his hands. Grof caught fire in the second half of a win on Saturday and will be a key player to watch as Hoop Habits advances to the NHR State semifinals.

Cal turned in two solid performances on Saturday, leading his team to the NHR State semifinals with a game-winning drive and layup with two seconds remaining to take down [program_tooltip program_id='2821775' first='Buffalo' last='Legacy'] in the quarterfinals. His game is smooth and shifty, as he was able to work around his defender to get inside. Spencer is a knockdown shooter as well, as he was hitting on some deep threes from way behind the line.
