Stepping up from a valued reserve as a freshman to a perennial top scorer as a sophomore, Dolimpio has emerged among the top players in the district already with his upperclassmen career still left to play out. Splitting his spring among the Pro16 and MHC circuits, he's kept up the momentum while showcasing himself as a dynamic and energetic two-way threat in the backcourt. Dolimpio impresses with his controlled aggression as a scorer both from the perimeter and near the rim, while consistently speeding up opposing guards with his bothersome on-ball defense. He looks to be a near-certain D1 prospect with a chance to catch some higher-level looks if he can refine his game as more of a lead guard in the years to come.

Starling emerged as a valued contributor this past winter after seeing spot minutes on varsity as a freshman, impressing with his length, athleticism, and two-way ability. Looking like one of the more talented defensive guards in the region, Starling envelops opposing guards with his long arms and quick feet while showing an outstanding motor and natural instincts in search of blocks and steals. He shows a quick first step and slick handle getting downhill with crafty passing ability once he touches the paint. Stepping into a role as one of CD's go-to options, he should have every opportunity to emerge as a D1 prospect with continued growth as a perimeter shooter.

Barnes made the return home to York after a brief detour to Baltimore power Mount St. Joseph, arriving just in time to lead William Penn after a standout freshman season at York Suburban. A dynamic southpaw playmaker who can hurt you as a scorer or facilitator, he's extremely shifty and deceptive with the ball in pursuit of his spots. He shows the ability to consistently shoulder a heavy playmaking load as a prolific passer who sees plays ahead of schedule. It's easy to see why he's garnered D1 interest already, with his growth as a perimeter shooter in the coming 12-18 months going a long way toward determining what level his recruitment ultimately reaches.

Salisbery was as prolific a freshman two-sport star as there was in the state last year, emerging as a standout wide receiver and point guard for Conestoga Valley while showcasing his precocious talent and competitive spirit. The son of McCaskey legend and former Temple star Dustin Salisbery, the younger Salisbery will now head to play for his dad who just recently accepted the head coaching position at his alma mater. He shows a potent ball-in-hand arsenal with the ability to create offense for himself or others at the drop of a dime, whether getting into the lane or creating his own shot on the perimeter. He shows aggressive instincts defensively with emerging athleticism in the open floor. Still just 14 years old, Salisbery has an upside that appears incredibly high as the game starts to slow down for him from the lead guard spot.

It was at Philly Live last year that Hemmings experienced his breakout, erupting for nearly 30 points in a battle with DC power Archbishop Carroll. The smooth wing guard has continued to progress in the time since, impressing with a well-rounded impact on both ends of the floor. Hemmings is a natural shot-maker whether spotting up off-ball, playing out of triple threat, or pulling up in the midrange. As he's grown, he's also shown impressive aptitude using his size to get into the post against smaller defenders while consistently chipping in defensively as a rebounder and weakside playmaker. He's still learning to consistently impose his will on games, but D1s are already keeping tabs on the young rising junior for good reason as his game should eventually translate smoothly with a scholarship-level lineup surrounding him.
