2027 Rankings Update: Stock Risers Top 25

PH NorCal Class of 2027 prospect rankings have been updated. These stock risers played well during the high school play-offs, and have played well during the Spring, and are set to have impact in June with their high school team, and July when AAU starts up again.    Dickson has established himself as a top 3-point shooter in California's 2027 Class. The long square shoulder prospect is getting the work done playing on the Soldiers EYBL 16 team putting up good numbers. He's also a good defender making the effort to raise his overall play on the court.     His guard skills are steadily improving as he continues to raise his level of play. He makes good decisions, plays at a good pace. He's taking and making good shots. He has multiple ways to get a bucket. His mid-range jumper is consistent, he knocks down open 3's. He can gets into the paint with controlled drives for points or assists.     He's tuned in, more aggressive, and actively trying to do what 6'7 players do. His productivity has gone up across the board. He's squaring up, looking confident when shooting 3's around the perimeter. He's a bit stronger, using his length to score, block shots, rebound, and defend his position. He's playing against quality competition on the EYBL Circuit.     Rymes is having a breakout Spring, after putting up 17pts a game in high school. He's playing with NBBA U16 on the Under Armor Rise Circuit. He's an athletic guard that gets it done on both sides of the ball. His speed, strength, and handles makes it hard for defenders to contain him. He's a good defender, and rebounding guard.     He's made his mark this Spring with JGE 16's on the 3SSB Circuit. Standing 6'3 he's a regular contributor against quality competition. He's an excellent defender, with length, foot speed and determination to extend and guard multiple positions. He's a rebounding guard. He has the tools to put points on the board.     He had a breakout Spring with Team Lillard 16's on the 3SSB Circuit. He has a good frame, still growing, and getting stronger, he's adjusting to the physical play. He has an improving skill set that allows him to put points on the board, he spots up well for 3ptrs around the perimeter. He's defending with effort, getting rebounds. Consistency will be key.     Desai has the body to play a physical style of basketball. He has quality handles, shows good body control making his way to the paint for jumpers, and contact finishes from different angles. He has vision, will move the ball, then cut. He's being called upon to put points on the board. He's hitting 3's from different spots.     He's a standout defender that has continued to raise his offensive production. He's shooting open 3's with confidence, no hesitation. He's running hard to fill lane in transition, might throw one down with his increased hops. He's had a good Spring with NBBA 16's on the Under Armor Rise Circuit. He's a tenacious defender, moves his feet, fight over screens.
