Rankings Update 2027 Newcomers

PH NorCal has updated the rankings for the class of 2027. We now have 306 total in the 2027 class. 217 ranked, 89 on the Watch List with an opportunity to play their way into the next rankings with a good Spring, and Summer. Here at PH NorCal we're always on the lookout for new and deserving prospects that play well while we're in attendance. These new comers have a real shot at moving up the rankings with good play.      A long wiry forward, good court runner. He has good paint activity on the defensive side of the ball, an alert defender, some post presence will use his length to block and change shots. His offense can use some polishing. He plays mostly on the perimeter moving the ball, making cuts to the basket, he can finish around the rim but does need to get stronger. He'll go down and work for offensive rebounds.     He's a fast point guard, makes good use of his speed on both sides of the ball. His quick feet, and leverage on defense allows him to stay close and disrupt ball handlers, he's hard to get past. He runs the offense up top, has quality handles, court vision, makes timely passes. He races past defenders in transition, or makes the long pass up court. He can get into the paint often for points and assists. He averaged 11.8pts, 4.8r, 3.6a, 2.6s.     He's a long wiry prospect, looks like he'll probably grow a few more inches. He has good strides running the court wide, filling lanes if he's not helping bring the ball up court. He has range and a good form shooting 3's in stride or on the catch and shoot. He's a ball mover, takes good shot. He's alert on the defensive sides, goes over to help on the block. He'll get a rebound. 13.8pts, 5r, 2.6a. good upside.     We got our first look at De Bernadis at the CIF State Championships a week ago. His helped win a CIF DIV Championship. He's a high energy type of prospect, a long wingspan and a frame to add muscle down the line. He's active in the paint area, and around the basket. He rebounds boxes out, uses his length, moves his feet, defends with effort. He can hit paint jumpers, make good passes, runs the court. We'll see more. 4 rebounds. a FG% at 48 around the basket.     Myers plays hard with effort on both ends of the court. A good stance, arms away from the body, moves his feet. He sprints wide up court to get a catch corner 3-point attempt in transition. He can knock down 3's, they run plays for him, he use screens, has a quick release, he'll use a dribble or two from mid-range if they run him off the 3pt line.     A quick, shifty point guard, played a key role in winning the CCS DIII Championship. He does well at the top in half-court settings, keeping his head up, dribble live, finding mates with good passing. He's got a burst, can create his shots, has a series of moves to get his shot off over taller defenders, floaters, fades. He's fast in transition, a pesky on ball defender in full court, can de disruptive.     He's listed as a guard, but we've seen the 6'2 thick body prospect work well from the mid, and high post area, facing up, using hard dribbles to get to the basket, or settle for the free throw jumper. He's a good passer from the high post. He doesn't mind the banging that comes with playing in the post, he takes full advantage of his fouls. He will spot up for a 3-pointer, and drive hard down the middle.     A sharp shooter with a quick release. He spots up all around the perimeter shot ready. At times he'll trail in transition and drop one from the top, or stay wide running to the corners. They set screens, run plays inbounding getting him a look. He's a ball mover, makes the extra pass, takes care of the ball. He stay in position to help or go down and double.
