2026 Rankings Stock Risers

PH NorCal has updated the class of 2026 rankings. We make the effort to see as many prospects as we can. Of the 234 ranked prospects 24 are newcomers who played their way into the rankings. 60 NorCal risers made a move up, some made significant moves up, while others went up by just a few spots. They moved up because of what they did on the court. Rankings are always up for debate, agree or not we'll keep working to bring exposure to NorCal Prospects.    He picked up a DI offer this Spring with good play in the EYCL, at Nike. He's growing and getting stronger, which adds to his overall style of play. He has a good understanding of the game. At 6'4 he's an excellent facilitator with vision and decision making. He has the handles to create, and make shots. He moves his feet, positions himself well on defense.     He's had a productive Spring putting himself on college coaches radar. A solid body, strong on the drive, using strength and balance to challenge defenders to get his shots off inside. He has a reliable mid-range jumper off the dribble he can hit from different spots. He can hit open 3's.     Clarks been steadily raising his play since the play-offs this past season. He's having a breakout Spring against quality competition. His shot selection, and ability to put points on the board with some consistency is notable. His underrated athleticism and solid body allows him to handle contact, and finish at and above the rim. He can hit 3's. His tenacity on defense is picking up. He'll get rebounds, and go.     Williams is progressing nicely this Spring. The 6'7 forward can be a match up problem, using his size and strength to get a bucket inside. When he sets, plants, uses patience and balance, he'll be hard to contain on the block. He does have the ability to spot up somewhere around the perimeter, and make 3's. He's an improving post defender who'll, he'll get his rebounds, with good passing.     He's shown himself to be a quality guard this Spring. He's a point guard that can generate buckets when the opportunity presents itself. He has strength and leverage to aggressively get into the paint for strong drives, and paint jumpers. He has the vision to find you in transition, in the paint, and around the perimeter. He has leverage and foot speed to stick to ball handlers.     He's a strong 2 sport athlete (Football) He has an underrated set of skills that allows him to contribute in different ways. He's a passer with decent ball handling. He can get to the bucket using two dribbles, good lift, and strong finishes including dunks. He can be effective setting up in the post using his strength to rebound, and score. He has the strength to defend in the paint.     Hightower continues to upgrade his overall skill set. He plays at a good pace, doesn't try to do too much. At 6'3 he's showing improvement as a guard with improved handles, strong drives using the body to absorb, and handle contact to finish from different points of attack, including transition. He has the tools to be a quality defender.     He's bringing balance to his game. He can drop 3-point shots with a quick release. He's looking for open spots to catch and shoot along the perimeter, he can hit rhythm 3's transition, if he's not filling lanes. He's using his dribble, and a jab step after facing up, and taking defenders off the dribble getting into the paint or pulling up for mid-range jumpers.     He's a stock riser from the Sacramento Area, working a bit under the radar. He's a tough quality point guard that continues to play a consistent style of basketball. He handles ball pressure, shows patience up top, keeps his dribble live, directs traffic a willing distributor. He's strong with moves to go by defenders going. He can handle the bumps, finish drives, and hit pull-up jumpers. He's under control in transition. A good on ball defender. Durable.     He's raised his play across the board this Spring. He looks bigger, stronger and fit to handle the physical play that comes with the game. His scoring, and rebounding numbers are up this Spring. His perimeter play is improved. He's actively driving the paint, pulling up mid-range jumpers, he'll shoot a 3-pointer if open. He moves well up and down the court, a good defender with length.
