I caught Rohrer a few times playing up two age groups last summer on the Prep Hoops Circuit. It seems that experience has paid off for him as he's been a standout for Midwest Basketball Club and has taken a big leap in his game. Finishing second in the Three Rivers Conference in points per game as a Sophomore, Rohrer had five 22+ point outings last season. What I've really noticed Rohrer taking a leap is with his athleticism, looking stronger and more explosive on the hardwood. One of the top small-town players in Ohio's 2027 class, Rohrer is a sleeper who could break out either this summer or as a Junior and become a household name across southwest Ohio.

One of the top shooters in Ohio's 2027 class, Reef was a key piece of [program_tooltip program_id='2078667' first='TNBA' last='']-Ohio's 15 U HGSL championship and has continued to produce at the 16 U level for that same program. Reef is a knockdown shooter who can spot-up or run off screens and I was impressed with his decision making as a secondary creator, not forcing the issue. A name to watch as college programs always need shooters and few space the floor like Reef does in this class.

The most intriguing long term prospect I saw on Ohio Champion's 16 U squad, Tucker shows a lot of potential as a slasher with his burst and creativity on the ball. Still developing into his talent, Tucker is a prospect who I think could make a big step for Summit Country Day this season. I have a smaller sample size of watching Tucker than most players on this list so he'll be a name I'm sure to watch again before the summer wraps up due to the impressive flashes he's shown me already.

A stronger wing guard, Ziegler had a nice season for Avon as a first team all conference member as just a Sophomore. Ziegler averaged 14 points, 4 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.5 steals per game last season, showing his ability to impact the game in a variety of ways. His advanced physical frame for his size allowed him to create off the dribble and overpower defenders in the paint, making a clear jump in the physicality aspect of his game this season. His slashing ability also caused the defense to collapse on him and I was impressed with his ability to finish and pass with his left hand. One of the more productive bigger guards in northeast Ohio's 2027 class, I'm sure Ziegler will continue to generate buzz with his production these next two seasons.
