The spring 2025 grassroots circuit will go down as Berwick's breakout stretch of play. Once again at the Philly Spring Clash, Berwick proved that he could fill it up in a multitude of ways. On Saturday, Berwick presented serious match-up issues for opponents. When defended by smaller guards, Berwick shot threes over them with ease. He also destroyed those matchups via physical baseline drives as well as by crashing the offensive glass. If a “big' attempted to guard Berwick, he attacked that mismatch off the dribble for lay-ins. Berwick displayed the ability to initiate those rim attacks from the arc as well as the elbows. He also flashed a mid-range jumper.

Dubose was recently named as a 1st Team 1A All-State selection and on Saturday he showed exactly why he earned that prestigious honor. Running with [program_tooltip program_id='2078709' first='Team' last='Final'] Black, Dubose was a dominating presence on the interior at both ends of the court. On offense he produced points via dives to the rim, pick-n-roll action and put backs. Dubose also flashed a polished face up game and took his man to the cup of one or two dribbles. Plus, Dubose ran the floor well and then converted on a handful of secondary break opportunities. Defensively, this long, and athletic small forward with a solid frame was an intimidating rim protector and cleaned the glass.

Miller is listed as a small forward, but on Saturday the skill set he displayed would be better described as that of a wing prospect. He drained threes, scored on straight line drives to the cup and slashed back door for hoops. Miller's instincts, length and bounce allowed him to work the baseline for lay-ins as well as the offensive glass for put backs. Those same assets led to several plus plays at the defensive end by Miller. He blocked a host of shots, dominated the glass, and swiped a couple steals.

After a breakout 2024-25 high school season, Sweeney has quickly become one for the most feared scoring guards on the spring circuit. Sweeney's trifecta of speed, athleticism and scoring skills made him unstoppable in the open court. On half court possessions, Sweeney's handles and quick burst enabled him to blow past the initial defender, weave through the help defense and get to the rack. In both these scenarios, Sweeney can execute a creative finish while hanging in the air or simply flush on opponent's head. On Saturday, Sweeney was frequently double teamed. He was quick to recognize those doubles and then move the ball to open teammate for an easy bucket.
