Rice has been arguably the most productive player in the state, in any class, this spring with [program_tooltip program_id='2075630' first='Martin' last='Brothers']. He has elevated himself into a high-major prospect and will be in the running to unseat [player_tooltip player_id='1765515' first='Jaidyn' last='Coon'] at the top of the 2026 rankings when they are updated in a few weeks. I'm looking forward to seeing how he has continued to develop as a ball-handler, playmaker, and shot creator in addition to his already well established skills as a shooter and defender.

One of the highest upside players in the 2026 class, Crane's combination of size, mobility, length, and athleticism make him a really intriguing prospect to keep an eye on as the spring and summer progress. He has the ability to score inside and out, but it's his versatility as a defender that makes him really interesting as we move forward and get deeper into his recruitment.

SG [player_tooltip player_id='1765555' first='Drake' last='Medinger'] | Senior

Medinger has established himself as an explosive three-level scorer with athleticism for the Rams, and he has continued that with [program_tooltip program_id='2148484' first='DCBA' last=''] throughout the spring, putting together some big scoring games. He's a good athlete who can play with or without the ball in his hands, and he may be playing himself into Division II consideration with his strong play.

If there is a player who could make an argument for having a better spring than Rice, it may be Stephens, who has been sensational for [program_tooltip program_id='2246861' first='Murray' last='Elite'], routinely hitting huge shots, making plays off the dribble, and showcasing his ability to be an impactful defender. He recently picked up a Division I offer from Western Illinois and is going to see himself skyrocket up the rankings when they're updated in a few weeks.

A do-it-all guard who just flat out knows how to play basketball, Martens does everything for his team, and adjusts well to what his team needs from him. If they need him to take over as a scorer, he can knock down shots in bunches from the arc or attack the bucket off the dribble. If they need him to be a playmaker, he handles it, sees the floor, and gets his teammates involved. Have an opposing player going off? Throw Martens on him, and he'll battle him and make that player really have to work hard to get to where he wants. He's talented, tough, and is a winner.
