Crane set the tone early for the Maroons, blocking shots on each of Senior’s first two possessions and Dowling never really looked back after that. The 6-10 big man was able to roam all over the floor on the defensive end, with Dowling assigning him to a very limited offensive option, allowing him to rotate freely and protect the paint. He blocked 6 shots and completely altered the way that Senior, a team that likes to play inside-out, was able to attack Dowling.
