The grassroots circuit is certainly different than it used to be. Gone are the days of there just being a handful of teams from each state all converging to the same locations each weekend. Shoe circuits have led to taking the best teams all across the country while even at the local level there are multiple different events each weekend. For example, this weekend there were three different events within a 10 mile radius of the Noblesville/Fishers area. Then, about 30 miles west, there was a shoe circuit event in Lebanon. Of course, Prep Hoops Indiana had boots on the ground coverage all weekend long from all four events. We will continue cranking out content from the busy weekend over the next few day and now want to highlight some more prospects that really made their name known this weekend that we haven't gotten to talk about yet.

Between watching him in the Sectional, and now this past weekend at Best Choice Fieldhouse, we at Prep Hoops Indiana are buying some stock in this 6'7"-6'8" center from Fort Wayne South Side High School. Playing with LVL Up, Belcher showcased his impressive size, length, and athleticism. He has the upside to be a devastating interior defender and can rebound outside of his area. Belcher should be on college coaches lists heading into this summer.

We saw Freehauf and his [program_tooltip program_id='2076166' first='Grand' last='Park Premier'] Black team play in the very last game of the weekend. The 6'4" forward from Westfield High School has some positional athleticism and plays with a great motor. He was effective on the glass, was able to drive it right from the perimeter, and used some of that fluid athleticism to score around the basket. Projects as a potential small college 4-man.

A Class of 2027 prospect from Bishop Chatard, McCormack has had a solid spring playing with [program_tooltip program_id='2076924' first='EG10' last=''] 16u. The left-handed big man is a legitimate 6'8"-6'9" and shows some flashes of his two-way ability around the basket. McCormack is in position to block shots defensively and can finish with his left hand inside offensively. His best basketball is still well ahead of him.

College coaches are starting to take notice of this 6'7"-6'8" Roncalli High School forward this spring. He dominated the beginning of one game we watched over the weekend for [program_tooltip program_id='2076451' first='D1' last='Indiana'] consistently scoring on the block and finishing with both hands. Taylor has a deep bag of post moves and can score at a high percentage over either shoulder. Great footwork and patience in the post.

Dating back to our Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase we have had this young Crown Point High School forward on our radar. Teixeira played well for [program_tooltip program_id='2076166' first='Grand' last='Park Premier'] Pro16 over the weekend as well showcasing his strength and physicality around the basket. He does a great job of finishing inside, rebounding his area, and holding his ground defensively on the block.

Woodward's versatility is what stands out the most. Fresh off of a highly productive junior season at North Central High School he is now suiting up with Indiana Basketball Club Select 3SGB and played very well in the game we watched on Saturday morning finishing with 17 points to lead the way. He dominated the game in transition, was excellent on the offensive glass, and flashed his versatility out on the perimeter as well.
