Can catch defenders flat flooted with his great first step and crossover. Along with slipping his way all to the rim, can stop on a dime and hit in the mid-range. Exciting scoring all around scoring potential for the 405 standout. In the clips he shows off his ability to use ball screens to get the match up he wants and then toy with bigs. Or even just quickly pull off the dribble against opposing guards. Scoring can never be underestimated and there's been a lot of signs that after his first two years of high school; Ankrah is only starting to scratch the surface of a deep and complete scoring bag. There's some times he can dance on the ball a bit. Sneller can also play at his own pace when making his way to the basket. Has some sauce to his finshing ability around the rim. With a variety of moves that make it hard for even taller, more athletic players to get a piece of his shots. Gets off the floor quickly and strong to finish. Did some damage as a roll man, or pushing it himself in transition. Same explosion that allows him to finish with authority also allowed him to clean the glass and even block a few shots. Played his role well as a bit of an undersized four in the highlights. But has the long term athletic profile to be more of a wing. Spent last weekend in KC at Recruit Look where his top notch shooting ability was firmly on display. Little wasted motion as he pulls the trigger quickly and with confidence from deep. Even clear in the clips that he runs hard to his spots in transition to provide spacing and in this case making it rain. He's running with MoKan at the 16U level. His range might as well be from the parking lot, as anytime the defense gives him daylight, he's liable to pull. And there's good odds that the ball is going in the hoop. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Mixed in the highlights with his abilities as a sniper, are some nice dimes. Including great touch on a backdoor lob. It will be fascinating to watch him balance his game changing shooting ability with being the point man for a MoKan program that is seemingly always filled with talent.
