Our top ranked player in the state, Zeigler has the tools to become a nationally ranked prospect when it's all said and done. Coming from a basketball family, Zeigler has the genetics and athleticism that stands out when you watch him play. The separator skill for me when watching Zeigler is his elite shooting ability that forces defenses to guard him well beyond the 3-point line. I expect Zeigler to start earning national attention after getting some brief love after a dominant showing at Flyin' To The Hoop back in January.

I was really impressed with Poellnitz when I saw him on the 3SSB circuit playing up last summer and he brought a spark to regional champion Toledo St Francis this winter. Poellnitz III showed the ability to make plays off the dribble and play on or off the ball. A quick-twitch athlete, Poellnitz has impressive burst and change of direction ability. A name I'll be continuing to track, Poellnitz III had some impressive flashes in a playoff loss against Westerville North.

Another guard who played a prominent role on a regional champion, Hawken went on their deepest playoff run in boys basketball history. Taylor was a member of Hawken's talented guard trio who should all return next season for another state title push. I was impressed by Taylor's basketball IQ and ability to not get sped up. I saw Hawken against some impressive athletes and I liked how Taylor didn't force the issue and made plays for his team. I'll be curious to see what Taylor adds to his game after making so much noise as a freshman.

One of the top shooters in the 2028 class, DiSanto had an impressive freshman season where he finished ninth in the Cincinnati Hills League in points per game and led the conference in made 3-pointers. Very impressive to shoot 3-pointers at the volume and percentage that DiSanto was at last season. I've also noticed DiSanto starting to fill out his frame and add muscle. Watch out for DiSanto with Wildcat Select on the 3SSB circuit this summer.

The Norris name has been a staple for Hilliard Bradley basketball with coach Brett Norris manning the sidelines for over a decade. Kyp is the last of four boys to play for the Jags as the first three have gone on to play Division I basketball. Kyp is an elite shooter from the outside and plays with the basketball IQ, toughness and defensive intensity you'd expect from a Norris. After an impressive playoff performance to end his freshman season, Norris and Hilliard Bradley are going to be a marquee team to watch in central Ohio next season.
