Here are some of the Newcomer Guards I watched

[player_tooltip player_id='2824200' first='Anthony' last='Garcia'] Chandler ([program_tooltip program_id='2407834' first='AZ' last='Phenoms'] 16) (Pictured)

A scoring point guard has a tighter handle and a good pace. He scores with the floater game, he will hesitate and get to the basket plus will drop dimes. He has advanced court vision and he is super elusive to get downhill.

[player_tooltip player_id='2825338' first='Cade' last='Carlstrom'] Madison Highland Prep (APE 16)

A stocky guard is a southpaw lead guard who can score. He can hit the three off the catch plus dribble drive to the basket with a sneaky burst. He has a sharp pull-up and he is strong, skilled and cerebral.

[player_tooltip player_id='2825310' first='Ryan' last='Morris'] Seton Catholic (AZ Gremlins 15 Black)

A scoring guard who can be a three point specialist. He will rattle them in one by one but he can also burst to the basket to score or get trips to the free throw line. He plays the game from the neck up.

[player_tooltip player_id='2825980' first='Brexton' last='Quinet'] Notre Dame Prep (AZ Select 15 UAA)

A lefty sharp shooting lead guard who plays with a high feel for the game. His pace he plays at is next level stuff. He plays smartly off of the pick and roll game and will find the teammate or shoot the three.

[player_tooltip player_id='2825334' first='Julian' last='Robles'] Canyon Del Oro (Valley Elite 16)

A tough point guard who scores with threes, mid-range jumpers, runners and floaters. He has a nice handle and can change speeds with it. He will burst past his initial defender and make a play or score. His floater game is probably his best move after he gets past the defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='2825336' first='Enoch' last='Reasy'] Brophy Prep (APE 16)

A combo guard will fill it up with off the dribble threes and mid-range pull-ups. He will score utilizing the give and go game and he has a good feel to make a play.

[player_tooltip player_id='2825335' first='Jonathan' last='Ayna'] Brophy (APE 16)

A combo guard who plays on or off the ball. He handles the ball well to get to his spots and will hit the mid-range J or fall away from his defenders. He is a sneaky good passer and plays the game the right way.
