A fluid mover for his size, Hughes got going in transition off steals and defensive rebounds and did a nice job of pushing the pace for his team. Showing flashes as a ball handler, Hughes split the defense with his handle and could take it coast to coast himself. Also being productive off leak outs and putbacks, Hughes found simple ways to score the basketball and impact the game.

One of the more fluid wing guards in the 2028 class in Kentucky, Duke impressed me with his change of pace off the dribble. Able to stop and go quickly and change directions as well, Duke had a sweet spin layup at the rim. After showing me perimeter shooting ability at the varsity level this winter, it was refreshing to see Duke against guys his age where he had an athletic advantage.

An undersized point guard, Roberts has a lot of wiggle as a driver as he can use crossovers and dribble moves to beat his defender off the bounce. An acrobatic finisher at the rim, Roberts can hang and hit tough shots off different angles off the glass. I was impressed by the juice Roberts has with the ball in his hands and if he can be more efficient from the field he could easily develop into one of the tougher lead guards to defend in the Louisville area.

One of the best athletes to come through Kentucky in recent memory, Jackson is a monster in transition and on the glass. So fluid in the open court, Jackson has sudden movements that you never see from players with his size and age. Jackson also flashed some ability with the ball in his hands to make plays with one nice coast to coast take that ended with him going to the foul line. Still rounding out his overall skillset, Jackson started to take over in the second half with some solid post moves that included some strong finishes, up and under moves and slam dunks. One of the highest upside prospects in Kentucky, Jackson will be a prospect who should gain national attention in the next few years.
