<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>In our March Market Correction Rankings Update for the 2027 class there were quite a few prospects that made moves.&nbsp; Here are the sophomore prospects that made significant moves upward in our update!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2323617' first='Markese' last='Peoples'] (St. Laurence)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Peoples has started to really come into his own.&nbsp; The sophomore guard was super productive for St. Laurence on a team that had plenty of veteran guards, but Peoples became one of their go to players the second half of the season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2455399' first='Myles' last='Montgomery'] (Sacred Heart Griffin)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Montgomery is a smaller guard, but he really gets the job done!&nbsp; Shifty point guard that is super exciting with the rock in his hands.&nbsp; Plays with speed and has the ball on a string.&nbsp; Crisp pull up jumpers, pushes in the open floor, and is a tenacious defender that regularly turns defense into offense.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2751229' first='Michael' last='Organ'] (Centralia)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Shooters are always coveted.&nbsp; Organ is definitely one of those.&nbsp; He is a lights out sniper with his lefty shot off the catch hitting them at a super high rate all year for the Orphans.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2532352' first='Terrion' last='Wallace'] (Sacred Heart Griffin)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Wallace plays with a ton of speed pushing in the open floor and breaking down defenders with his hands.&nbsp; He is a slick ball handler that loves to get in the lane for finishes.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2632068' first='Nick' last='King'] (Goreville)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>King is an impact defender that really locks in on that end of the floor and is a good passer.&nbsp; Fit in well with a veteran Goreville group this year.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2750036' first='Rickey' last='Woods'] (Rockford Guilford)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This 6'5” big bodied post is a mauler on the glass that scores with a nice combination of power and athleticism from 10 feet and in.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2383971' first='Tyler' last='McConnel'] (Pinckneyville)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Continue to be intrigued by this strong and athletic four man.&nbsp; He is a good football prospect as well, but the hoops upside is really shining.&nbsp; Explosive rebounder, finishes out of the dunker spot, and has quick post moves for scores.&nbsp; Plays with a high-motor.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
