With the recent update of our class of 2026 rankings, we will take a look at positional rankings between guards, wings and forwards.

Here's a look at part two of the top power forwards and centers in the junior class.

13) [player_tooltip player_id='2252298' first='Mathias' last='Lee'] | 6'6” PF | Westfield (#56 Overall)

Lee has been part of the rebuild at Westfield over the past three seasons, as he's been a major contributor to them as the closest thing they have to a big man. The 6'6” forward is a mismatch for them as he is able to switch and guard multiple positions, he can take slower bigs out on the perimeter, he can make shots from multiple levels and he uses his athleticism around the rim and in transition too.

12) [player_tooltip player_id='1782685' first='Evan' last='Brown'] | 6'7” PF | Bishop Ireton (#34 Overall)

Brown has been on the radar in the DMV since his freshman season at Highland, and since transferring to Bishop Ireton he's been a big part of their rebuild over the last few seasons. The 6'7” forward is a smooth athlete who can get up and down, he has soft touch with both hands around the rim, he can step out to the elbows and he is a good rebounder and rim protector too.

11) [player_tooltip player_id='2459215' first='Gavin' last='Kay'] | 6'8” PF | Hampton (#31 Overall)

Kay was a big part of Hampton's state championship during his sophomore season, and he showed good growth his junior season with more touches and more production on a consistent basis. He's a high upside forward as he is explosive and mobile for his size, he's shown flashes of being able to put it on the deck and make plays for others, and he has huge upside defensively with his ability to protect the rims and switch on guards too.

10) [player_tooltip player_id='1782681' first='Odita' last='Aguolu'] | 6'6” PF | St. Michael (#28 Overall)

Aguolu had a huge junior season for St. Michael, helping lead the Fredericksburg private school to the VISAA D-III Final Four, and with most of their team coming back they should be able to make a run next year. Aguolu's is a new age forward who may be slightly undersized but he's a big time athlete who can run the floor and play well above the rim, he can put it on the deck and make open shots to stretch the defense, he can guard almost any position and he causes mismatches across the board.

9) [player_tooltip player_id='1370511' first='Frank' last='Siaca-Bey'] | 6'8” C | Fairfax Christian (#23 Overall)

Siaca-Bey is a prospect who has been trending upward over the last few years, and he had a breakout year leading Fairfax Christian to another VISAA D-III state championship as their captain and go-to guy. He has a mix of throwback and new style to his game and he's able to seal and score it with his back to the basket, he can face up and make jumpers or hit fall aways in the post, he can stretch the defense out to the three-point line and he is dominant on the offensive glass too.

8) [player_tooltip player_id='2459212' first='Jamese' last='Jordan'] | 6'9” C | Hopewell (#21 Overall)

Jordan had a huge season for the Blue Devils, helping them to the Class 3 state championship game, and he's set to see his recruitment really pick up the summer when coaches get to see him against other top bigs in the country. He's a load at 6'9” with a big frame but he's sured it up quite a bit to get quicker and more explosive. He's able to bully smaller bigs in the post, he clogs the lane defensively and is able to alter shots and he brings an enforcing presence to both ends of the floor.

7) [player_tooltip player_id='1782692' first='Ripp' last='Kodi'] | 6'7” PF | Bishop Ireton (#19 Overall)

Kodi has steadily improved since he caught our eye as a freshman, and has been a big part of the Ireton rebuild over the past few years as one of their core pieces that has trusted the process and developed nicely. At 6'7” with long arms, he's a good athlete who translates to the modern game with his ability to do a little bit of everything on the court. He's become a consistent shooter on spot ups, he can run the floor and is an athletic finisher above the rim, he can switch and guard multiple positions and he's a good rebounder who can start the break too.

6) [player_tooltip player_id='1588139' first='Connor' last='Lyons'] | 6'7” PF | STAB (#15 Overall)

Lyons had a huge summer for STAB and [program_tooltip program_id='2226307' first='Team' last='Loaded VA'], putting up crazy numbers at DMV Live and showing his ability to absolutely light it up from deep at his size. Unfortunately, he suffered a season ending injury in the preseason and wasn't able to play for a STAB team that was primed to make a big run if he was healthy. As he gets healthy entering the summer he should see his recruitment pick up as he's a guy who can stretch the floor and shoots it at an insane percentage from deep, he's a capable passer who can hit cutters and when he gets it going he can really fill it up.
