The bigger the District playoff stage, the more clutch Hogan performed. Hogan opened the District1-5A tournament with a solid 11 points and 4 boards effort in a victory over Cheltenham. Next, he posted 15 points and 5 rebounds in Conestoga's semifinal upset of Coatesville. Finally, in ‘Stoga's D1-6A title game win over Plymouth Whitemarsh, Hogan stuffed stat book with 17 points (1 three) and 7 rebounds. This clutch prospect operated as a point-forward for much of the Pioneers run to the D1-6A hardware. Working out of the high pots or the wing, Hogan scored repeatedly by putting the ball on the deck and getting to the rim. He also worked the offensive glass for second chance opportunities. Hogan sprinkled in the occasional 3-ball too. His high IQ and court vison produced a slew of dimes. Even more impressive than Hogan's stats on offense was his effort at the defensive end. Hogan showed extreme versatility throughout the D1-6A tourney as he guarded 2 through 5 and dominated the glass on that end.

Lawrence really stepped up during the last two games of Parkland's march to the District 11-6A title. In the semifinals he posted 12 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Then in the championship contest Lawrence drained 2 threes on his way to 21 points. Lawrence (7.2 ppg. in 2024-25) is an electric athlete who this past fall was an 6A All-State selection in football. On the hoops court, Lawrence's athleticism, speed and change of direction moves get him to the rim on the fast break. On half-court possessions those same assets enable Lawrence to create off the dribble for himself or teammates. Plus, Lawrence can hit jumpers from the baseline, in the mid-range as well as behind the arc. On defense, Lawrence active hands and quick lateral movements produce intense on-ball pressure.

In 2024-25 Long-Mtume operated as a starting combo guard for NG who could score at all three levels. During his senior campaign, Long-Mtume averaged 12 points and 4 assist per night. Then in the District 12-5A championship game, Long-Mtume exploded for 31 points in NG's win overRoxborough. Long-Mtume drained 5 threes in that game. This speedy guard with crafty handle also scored repeatedly in transition. His dribble pull-up game was clicking too. In addition to getting buckets in the D12-5A title game, Long-Mtume was a creative passer who delivered several impressive live dribble dimes.

Nguyen has already received a handful of mid-major DI offers, but after his stellar performances in the District 1-6A tournament, his phone should be flooded with texts and calls from college coaches. Nguyen poured in 27 points (4 threes) in District 1-6A win over Wissahickon; He also exploded for 29 points (5 triples) in SF's quarterfinal loss to Coatesville. During District play, Nguyen became SF's all-time leading scorer with 1,400+ career points (and counting). Nguyen's reputation as one of the most accurate long-range snipers in the region proceeds him. But across the District 1-6A Nguyen continued to prove that he can put the ball on the floor and get to his mid-range spots or all the way to the rack. Nguyen's ability to play off two feet is unique. Plus, he displayed sneaky end-to-end speed in SF's transition game. Nguyen's length and finishing skills enable him to score through contact.
