<p>Today, we continue our positional breakdown for the <em>Class of</em> <em>2026</em> by taking a look at the <em>Power Forwards</em>.</p>

<p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='2341271' first='Sebastian' last='Wilkins']</em></strong> holds the <strong><em>#1</em></strong> spot at the <em>Power Forward</em> position, as well as the <strong><em>#1</em></strong> spot in the overall rankings. A top recruit nationally, Wilkins is one of the most versatile hybrid forwards in the country, capable of impacting a game on the offensive and defensive ends of the floor. He's continued to round out his offensive game and is a true three level scorer and playmaker.</p>

<p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='2396726' first='Jaylin' last='Williams-Crawford'] #16</em></strong></p>

<p>A 6'7" forward at <em>CATS Academy</em>, Williams-Crawford had a terrific first season in the prep ranks. The long and rangy defender was named the <em>NEBL Defensive Player of the Year</em> and is a swiss army knife on that end of the floor. He's a true, positionless defender that can guard any spot while making life difficult for opponents. He has good instincts, plays with a terrific motor, and is relentless on the defensive glass. He's at his best offensively when he attacks the basket and shows a quick first step as a driver. He's really good in transition, can finish over size at the rim, and is a willing ball mover in the flor of an offense.</p>

<p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='2543553' first='Eren' last='Ozcelik'] #28</em></strong></p>

<p>A forward at <em>Brewster Academy</em>, Ozcelik has a good feel for the game on the offensive end of the floor, proving to be an inside and out scoring threat. He can make plays in the paint against smaller defenders, but does a really good job of drawing bigger defenders out to the perimeter, where he can make plays off the bounce as a scorer or facilitator. He attacks closeouts off the bounce, opening up passing windows for easy baskets, and understands how to keep a defender on his hip off his drives. Defensively, he can guard up and down a position and shows a good understanding of angles as a rebounder.</p>

<p>An instinctive scorer out of <em>Premier Prep</em>, Nwosu proved that he could get it done against a high level of competition this winter. At 6'8" he has an inside-out skillset and the ability to take advantage of favorable matchups. He's a good athlete that can finish plays above the rim in space, but also plays with a lot of skill with the ball in his hands. He's a good isolation scorer that has continued to develop his shooting ability, both in the mid-range and from behind the arc. Defensively, he's a solid rim protector that can move his feet when switched onto the perimeter and has the ability to rebound at a high level.</p>

<p>Webb adjusted nicely to the level of play in his first year in the NEPSAC, continuing to show a high level basketball IQ and good feel for the game on the offensive end of the floor. He continues to expand the range on his jumper, can play as a roller or pop guy out of ball screens, and operates as the hub of an offense at the elbows. His vision as a passer and ability to put the ball on the floor as a driver both stand out. Defensively, he's a versatile ball screen defender that can guard in space when needed. He walls up in the paint without fouling and does a good job of rebounding, both in space and in traffic.</p>

<p>A versatile forward at <em>Cheshire Academy</em>, Pryor is a quality defender with an improving offensive game. He's an agile forward that can cover ground quickly, allowing him to be a strong shot blocker from the help position. He's good in rotation, as well as in ball screens, and can really rebound the basketball in space. Offensively, he does a nice job of running the floor, can finish through contact at the rim, and has a good feel for find softs spots out of rolls in ball screens. He's a developing shooter that can knock down shots in catch and shoot situations and even shows some isolation ability in the mid-range.</p>

<p>A high academic forward, Forster is a physical specimen that impacts games with his athleticism and power on both ends of the floor. The <em>Weston</em> forward is terrific in transition, where he can get out and make plays above the rim as a finisher. He's a tough cover on the block that has a quick first step and the ability to finish with either hand at the rim. He makes shot in the mid-range and sets good ball screens too. Defensively, he's versatile and capable of guarding four spots. He rebounds with great effort, isn't afraid to go after loose balls, and even supplies rim protection from the help side.</p>

<p>A long and lean forward at <em>St. Mark's</em>, Nairus continues to add elements to his game offensively while improving on the defensive end of the floor. He does a nice job of knocking down shots from behind the arc, particularly as a pop guy out of ball screens and when running the trailer position in transition. He's an instinctive cutter that has good hands and the ability to finish plays at the rim over size. Defensively, he does a good job of guarding in the paint, using his length to wall up and alter shots without fouling. He's continued to add some strength to his frame as well.</p>

<p>Vella had a strong junior season at <em>Masconomet Regional</em>, proving to be a major piece of the puzzle during their deep postseason run. At 6'5", he has the ability to fill a variety of roles in the frontcourt, but impresses most with his ability to finish plays around the rim. He's physically strong, but also shows a good understanding of how to move off drives and when to cut to the basket. He has good hands, allowing him to catch almost everything thrown his way, while also finishing plays with touch in the paint. Defensively, he's a vocal presence on the back line that isn't afraid to mix it up for rebounds.</p>

<p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='2553737' first='Oli' last='Avdibegovic'] #187</em></strong></p>

<p>A big man at <em>South Burlington</em>, Avdibegovic announced himself this winter as one of the better defensive posts in Vermont. At a long 6'6", he has the ability to block shots on the ball, from the help side, and even on the perimeter. He does a good job of timing his shot blocking attempts and is an effective presence around the basket without fouling. He runs the floor hard in transition, sets good screens, and rolls hard to the rim out of those screens. His hands continue to improves, as does his ability to finish plays through contact in the paint.</p>

<p>Carey is a versatile hybrid forward out of <em>Amherst</em> that continued to show evolutions to his offensive game as a creator this winter. He's a good athlete with quick twitch that is comfortable making plays on the perimeter with the ball in his hands. He has some wiggle off the bounce and a quick first step, once he gets into the paint he finishes with strength and athleticism at the rim. He continues to develop his shot and is able to make jumpers out of catch and shoot situations, as well as with the ball in his hands. He's a disruptive defender that can guard multiple positions and makes loud plays in passing lanes and in transition.</p>
