It is going to be a very busy, but also very fun, weekend in Indianapolis. Not only will Gainbridge Fieldhouse host the IHSAA Boys Basketball State Finals on Saturday, but Lucas Oil Stadium is the host of Friday's Sweet 16 and Sunday's Elite Eight games for the Midwest Regional. Personally, I'll be taking in all seven basketball games between the two sites this coming weekend. Before all of that takes place though, we will spend the week highlighting the state finalists. Here is a "X-Factor" from Clinton Prairie, University, Crispus Attucks, and Jeffersonville.

The Clinton Prairie Gophers are on of the more balanced teams that will be in Indy on Saturday and are led by one of the top senior guards in the state in [player_tooltip player_id='1297051' first='Jake' last='McGraw']. Everything for CP will run through McGraw but the second option for the Gophers is senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='1296973' first='Alex' last='Farley'], who is the X-Factor for them. Farley has had a strong senior season with his 16.4 points, 2.4 rebounds, 3.4 assists per game. He is one of the more well-rounded guards in this game with his ability to score at a high level while also being a good facilitator.

This University team has been one of the more fun teams in Class 2A to watch this season and they will look to cap off the year by defeating Manchester and winning the Class 2A State Championship. Senior wing [player_tooltip player_id='2277819' first='Max' last='McComb'] has been the top players for the Trailblazers this year but they would not be here if was not for junior guard [player_tooltip player_id='1282878' first='Blake' last='Gray']. The 6'2 combo guard has averaged 11.6 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.5 assists per game this season. He will be arguably the top playmaking guard in this game and if he has a strong outing, University may be cutting down the nets.

The Crispus Attucks Tigers have been on a mission this season when they shifted back down to Class 3A and now, they have their chance to complete their goal of winning the Class 3A Stat Championship. While they face a very tough South Bend St. Joe team, Attucks has some hoopers on their squad as well and the one that is the X-Factor for them is senior wing [player_tooltip player_id='1534940' first='Kayden' last='English']. English has one a top player for the Tigers all season with his 9.5 points per game. He is an extremely versatile player that SBSJ may have trouble with and has the ability to make some tough players vs them all game long.

All the praise on the outside will go to the senior Jeffersonville trio of Singleton, Cooper, and Douglas, but the Red Devils have another senior that has been the glue for them in many ways in lead guard [player_tooltip player_id='2079227' first='Shawn' last='Boyd']. Boyd has proven to be a steady piece for them for a few years now and in his senior campaign, he has stepped up on both ends of the floor. Boyd has shown to lead the fast break, hit big shots, and defend a good level. If Jeffersonville ends Fishers undefeated run, Boyd may be one of the reasons.
