On Thursday and Friday March 6th and 7th I checked out the EIBC League Final-4 and Final Playoff games at the Phhacility in Phoenix.

There were 20+ teams from around the country plus teams from Canada and the Final-4 teams ended up being Phhoenix Prep, Colorado Prep, Bella Vista Prep and Oak Cliff Academ/TX.

Here were some of the local standouts from Final-4 of the playoffs

[player_tooltip player_id='2241513' first='Lyris' last='Robinson'] CIA Bella Vista Prep

One of the top performers of the week was Robinson. He is an athletic combo guard who can score on put backs, dunks on the break, threes in bunches, floaters and fall aways with high elevation. He is super competitive on defense as he will rebound, collect steals and dive on the floor. He is truly an outstanding rebounder in traffic.

[player_tooltip player_id='2551864' first='Mouhamed' last='Sylla'] CIA Bella Vista Prep

One of the top post players in the country has that Clint Capela type of game. He dunks with his elbows way above the rim and he is literally looking down at the basket like a nerf-hoop. He can defend on the perimeter and in the post with monster blocks. He has a nice spin move into a layup and gets a lot of his points with jumping over his opponents on the glass and scoring on put backs.

[player_tooltip player_id='2211006' first='Jordan' last='Charles'] CIA Bella Vista Prep (Pictured)

One of the top point guards in the EIBC league is Jordan. He is a pure PG who throws the lob pass perfectly and will drive and kick it. He will defend his position at a high level and will score. He shoot the three off the catch and will even dunk it on the break. His first step is tough to handle but it is his game IQ and competitiveness that draws you to him.

[player_tooltip player_id='2560912' first='Deandray' last='Hamilton'] CIA Bella Vista Prep

A scoring guard made it look very easy in stretches. He will score with threes off the catch, side step threes and blow by's with a real burst. He will also facilitate with drive and kicks and is very good on the ball defensively using his athleticism.

[player_tooltip player_id='2563124' first='Bolaji' last='Oderinlo'] CIA Bella Vista Prep

A face-up power forward with a unreal motor. He is a very quick second and third jumper. He is one of the top rebounders in the class. His offensive game is just coming around this season. What truly stands out is he is one of the fastest players up the court regardless of position. He will consistently outrace his opponents up the court for a dunk. He will hit the catch three and pull-up from the three.

[player_tooltip player_id='1451027' first='Dennis' last='Johnson III'] Phhoenix Prep

A combo lead guard can fill it up. He will score with off the dribble threes and mid-range pull-ups are in his tool bag. He scores it in transition with contested layups and is one of those players who can go on his own personal runs.

[player_tooltip player_id='1391440' first='Kaidon' last='Rayfield'] Phhoenix Prep

A long and lean wiry strong forward who rebounds well despite his leaner frame. He can score with off the dribble threes, catch threes and scores inside. He will dunk it easily, he has the hook shot and is a top-notch shot blocker.

[player_tooltip player_id='996168' first='Evan' last='Coates'] Phhoenix Prep

A cerebral post player who can create his own offense and he is a very good passer. He will score with reverse layups and shows a nice touch off the glass. He will also rebound well in his area.

[player_tooltip player_id='1450990' first='Shelton' last='Henton'] Phhoenix Prep

A true shooting guard with good size has one of the easier strokes in the class. He will rattle them in from the three point line one by one with no wasted movement and it gets off his hands so quickly. He can also shoot it off the dribble and uses the floater game well. He is a sneaky good passer and high academic.

[player_tooltip player_id='1393777' first='Jyson' last='Kim'] Phhoenix Prep

A good sized scoring guard who is a known three point shooter. He uses his size to rebound and he is a good passer who thinks the game. He will hit the three off the catch and comes with range.

[player_tooltip player_id='2803773' first='Jacob' last='Roman'] Phhoenix Prep

An athletic scoring guard who can defend. He will shoot it from the three point line with off the dribble jumpers or off the catch. He will knock down tough shots off the glass and rebounds well for his size using his athleticism.
