The Putnam Science big recently decommitted from Miami, making him one of the top available prospects in the country. Ahmed continues to be one of the most consistent big men around, controlling games from the paint with his ability to score from either block, facilitate out of the post when a double team comes, and rebound with ferocity on both ends. He's a physical presence in the paint, but has long arms and continues to improve athletically, allowing him to now anchor a defense both around the rim and when defending ball screens.

The Putnam Science big is one of the top athletes in the region and with a plus plus wingspan, profiles as an elite defender at the next level. He's a reliable post scorer, getting baskets in transition as a rim runner, out of the dunker spot on dump downs, and off lobs that he finishes way above the rim. His ability to rebound, on both ends of the floor, is top notch, as his combination of vertical athleticism and length allows him to high point boards that opponents can't get to.

The Bridgton Academy big is a physical force, taking up space in the paint and both scoring and rebound through and over opponents. Sylla is a space eater, an old school big in the best way possible; he uses his frame and strength to establish position on the block, holds off the defense with a strong base, and has good hands that allow him to catch anything thrown his way. He does a good job of playing off his pivot foot, consistently gets to his dominant hand as a finisher, and can single handedly control the defensive glass.

[player_tooltip player_id='2396742' first='Julien' last='Kabori']

The CATS Academy big has elite physical traits, with a lean muscular build, long arms, and athletic pop. Kabori is a lefty that continues to get stronger, allowing him to impact the game around the rim and play through contact, but also shows a growing skillset that has him knocking down shots from behind the arc. He's terrific when running the floor in transition, can finish way above the rim as a cutter or lob threat, and knows how to find soft spaces in the defense as a roller out of ball screens. His physical gifts allow him to defend any position on the floor.

The Bridgton Academy big is a premier shot blocker, showing both good timing and instincts as a rim protector. Offensively, he has the ability to be a high level rim runner, showing seperation speed in transition and the ability to finish with strength above the rim. He's a low post scorer that has the ability to turn over either shoulder and has soft touch on his jump hook.

The Vermont Academy big is a next level prospect that plays to his strengths and does so with consistent effort. He's a solid rim runner that gets his head on the rim in transition and works early to establish post position. He plays well off his pivot foot and knows how to use a variety of post moves to get into his finishing game. Defensively, he shines as a rim protector with good size and length that isn't afraid to be physical in the paint. He walls up in the post and high points rebounds, initiating the break with good outlet passes.

[player_tooltip player_id='2633557' first='Jared' last='Coleman']

The Hillhouse big is one of the top post prospects in Connecticut and has done a great job of expanding his skillset this year. He has great touch for a big, showing the ability to knock down threes out of the trailer spot or in catch and shoot situations. He moves well for his size and hunts scoring opportunities in the paint, using his broad shoulder to carve out space, and his feel around the rim as a finisher. On the other end of the floor, he does a good job of guarding in ball screen actions and can really rebound the basketball in traffic.

[player_tooltip player_id='2453001' first='Raheim' last='Orleans']

The Attleboro big continues to shine in the MIAA, seemingly getting better as the season progresses. At 6'7" with broad shoulders, Orleans has a good frame and shows signs of above the rim athleticism. He fits the mold of a modern big, showing a versatile skillset that allows him to finish around the rim, knock down the occasional perimeter jumper, and make plays in transition with the ball in his hands. He's continued to improve as a rebounder and when his motor is running, he's a really strong, versatile defender that can control the boards.

[player_tooltip player_id='2546817' first='Deng' last='Mathiang']

The South Kent big is one of the biggest prospects still on the board in New England, standing at over 7' with a plus wingspan. Defensively, he moves well laterally and covers a lot of ground quickly, with long strides. He continues to get stronger and in doing so, has improved as a rebounder and post defender. His top skill is his ability to protect the rim, providing shot blocking from the help side and as an on-ball defender. Offensively, he runs the floor hard in transition and has shown the ability to finish plays by the rim off lobs.

[player_tooltip player_id='2547091' first='Moses' last='Semuhoza']

The Westbrook big has put together numerous 20+ point games this winter, continuing to prove that he's a multi-level scorer with a versatile skillset. While he can score from either block over either shoulder, it's his ability to make plays from the perimeter, both as an isolation scorer and catch and shoot shotmaker, that stands out. He moves really well for his size, showing good footwork and the ability to create off the bounce. Defensively, he moves his feet well in switches and does a good job of rebounding both in traffic and in space.
