Eli had an elite performance on Tuesday, scoring a game-high 19 points on an efficient shooting night. He is so tough to match up with, as he possesses great change of pace to work around defenders. He is a lethal shooter from the perimeter, being automatic off the catch or when pulling up off the dribble. The senior guard also showed off some crafty finishes around the basket. Schroeder and Shakopee are rolling right now and are a team to fear in class AAAA.

Alex brings a lot to the table as a prospect, being a swiss-army-knife type of player. He affected this game in many ways, doing just about everything on the offensive side of the ball. He displayed a smooth shooting touch, knocking down looks from the perimeter, both off of the catch, as well as pulling up off the dribble in the mid-range. He also used his strong 6'5” frame to work inside and finish through contact. Schroepfer looks like a very underrated prospect in Minnesota's 2026 class, who can impact winning in a variety of ways.

Luke got off to a hot start in Tuesday's win, showing that he could score the ball in many ways. He connected on three catch-and-shoot triples in the corner, being a go-to option for teammates making kick out passes. Wherley also worked inside, taking his defender off the dribble and made a strong cut to the basket for an easy finish. The Jamestown commit scored 17 points in the win.

Luke showcased a lot of promise to potentially be a number 1 option for Shakopee in the future. He is a knockdown shooter from beyond the arc, having a very smooth and efficient release. He also impressed me by getting downhill and attacking the basket, where he could draw contact on finishes. The sophomore guard could be next in line to take over the reins for the Sabers, with many key players graduating in 2025.

Isaac is a super reliable ball handling option for the Sabers, knowing his role as a facilitator and leader when running the offense. He is a smart player who is also a great passer and decision maker. He can be effective in the half court, as well as playing fast in transition opportunities. The Northwestern College commit has been a key factor in Shakopee's 13-game winning streak headed into sections.

Kevin was doing a lot of the dirty work inside on both sides of the ball for his team. He was a difference maker on the boards, coming away with a considerable amount of both offensive and defensive rebounds. He excelled when getting post looks, being tough to stop when getting to a right hand hook shot. Kemp also made some great passes out of the post, generating open looks for his teammates on the perimeter.

Tommy was a key contributor for Shakopee, using his 6'10 frame to work inside. He controlled the paint on both ends, using his length and timing to block shots and disrupt opponents at the rim. Offensively, he fought through contact to finish strong inside. Auge was effective when rolling to the basket off of screens, being able to catch the pass and lay the ball in, all in one motion.
