Best Storylines to Follow   The fact that the winner of the state championship could easily be taken out in a regional final in the Carterville sectional. Have you ever heard of the #1 and #2 overall teams playing in the regional final? That will happen here between Althoff and Pinckneyville. Once the teams get out of that sectional the rest of the tournament should be easier.
