Humbles put together a strong all-around performance in the state semifinals. He’s got a nice ability to create his own shot, and that showed in the later stages to make this an exciting contest. His defense was also on-point with a block shot and forcing numerous misses on that end. Led Humbles on a monster fourth quarter run to take the lead and send them to the state title game.

Humbles is a strong bodied wing that brings plus athleticism along with physicality to the position. Like how he boards and plays with a good motor. Expect small colleges and JUCOs to like what he does in Champaign!

Shifty with change of pace while handling against zone defense. Split gaps to get to 2nd or 3rd tier in 1/2 court setting. Plays off 2 feet once in the thick of defenders. Great feel hitting cutters on the base or drop offs to bigs once defense commits to ball. Got out in the open floor and really played freely. High Asst/TO ratio while scoring it efficiently as well. Hit the glass consistently from guard spot. Defensively turned offense into defense the whole night with anticipation and overall feel for game. On obvious solid CG at top D3 programs but could project into higher level at PG spot.
